“Support always available”
Pros
Whenever I need assistance the support staff are always there and ready to help. I don't have to figure out issues on my own and I really appreciate that.
Cons
There are a few small technical limitations such as not being able to waive a delivery fee. It's a fairly specific limitation but having the option to waive that fee when needed would give me more flexibility when handling deliveries.
