“Budget-friendly but with limited growth potential”
Pros
It was doing great and growing fast back in the late 2000s and 2010s but lately it has been falling behind compared to other options and feels a bit outdated now. Even though it still does a great job in distribution but you will need extra tools to really make the most of the data.
Cons
Lately it is starting to feel a bit outdated compared to other systems I have seen out there.

“Affordable and powerful for retail and vertical sectors”
Pros
Openbravo has a great foundation with modules built around the General Ledger using a model driven development style. It really shines in the retail space. The front end runs on HTML5 and works online, offline and on mobile, packed with useful features. Also there is a full development environment and training programs which makes it easier for me to customize it for m specific needs without having to build core features like Finance, Sales, Procurement and Inventory from scratch.
Cons
Just like with any ERP, Openbravo comes with its fair share of complexity during setup. Things become simpler if the organization already has well defined business processes and clean, consistent data before starting the project. Other than that I like everything about it.

“Simple to use”
Pros
To be honest it is the most practical choice for managing billing and inventory. Also it is simple enough that I do not even need training to use it properly.
Cons
While the system does not have any actual errors, I feel like it would be great to have more customization options. As that would definitely make things easier and more efficient for users like us.
