The GOS, call and journey planner, sales data, trending and product data have all been really useful to work with for me.
Cons
It would be even better if there were a way to compare data side by side.

“simple user interface”
Pros
Getting everything connected with the business was very simple. Customer support agent walked us through the setup in clear, simple terms and we had the system live within a month or two from when we began. The interface is simple and not hard to work around. Connecting it with our accounting software, Account Right MYOB has been smooth and has saved us a huge amount of time since we previously had to enter every order by hand.
Cons
Their website can be a bit tricky to move around at times. Another issue is that when we disable an item in our accounting software so it is no longer available through the Opmetrix app, that update can take an hour or two to show in the app. If a field user submits an order for that recently discontinued item during that delay, it creates problems when the order tries to import into our accounting software.

The survey feature has been essential for figuring out what's actually happening on the shelf for each customer. It also lets us track how successful individual product sell-ins are and see whether the same patterns are showing up across different territories. The free-text responses are especially useful because they help us make quick decisions and adjust direction when needed based on real-time customer feedback.
Cons
Updating and managing product and customer lists still feels very manual and it seems like there's a fair amount of room for errors.
