“Best tool for sending money abroad”

Pros

International payments and money transfers no longer feel like a chore with it. It's honestly one of the best tools I've used for sending money abroad, paying clients and shopping from other countries without any trouble. The option to pay by credit card is really useful and the currency conversion rates have been quite good too. The interface is beginner-friendly so even someone using it for the first time can get started without much confusion. I also appreciate the strong security especially the OTP it sends whenever I log in from a new location. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with it and would definitely recommend it.

Cons

I don't really have any major complaints. The only part that can be a bit confusing is the "Friends and Family" payment option especially when trying to figure out how to send money that way from India. It would be much better if PayPal added clearer instructions and made that feature a little more user-friendly. Other than that, I have no real issues with it.

Having been around for years, it remains a solid option for processing payments on small to mid-range products and services. It supports mobile payment connections, moves funds into your account automatically and even offers a PayPal card you can use in stores or at ATMs to access your money. That makes getting paid and using your funds really convenient.

Cons

It is known to place holds on funds when larger deposits come in and with a business account that really should not trigger concern by default. Flagging high deposit amounts especially when they come from overseas, feels unnecessary and wastes a lot of time. Many sellers, manufacturers and distributors regularly work with international vendors so it is hard to understand why this still happens so often.

Setting up either recurring payments or one-time payments is really simple and I appreciate that my information feels well protected and secure.

the service fees seem to keep getting higher.

Using it has been fantastic on both the buying and selling side. The platform is very simple to use.

After more than 15 years of using PayPal, I've had almost no problems with it.

It's a very convenient way to pay when buying products from overseas. I can also withdraw money from my bank account without much trouble and it works well with credit cards and other services which makes everything feel more connected.

At the same time, there are moments when it feels less user-friendly to use than something like PayPay. I sometimes have to move back and forth between the wallet screen and the home screen to find the feature I need which takes a bit of time before I get where I want. I'd really appreciate a more organized layout for the buttons and screen transitions.

it's simple to access whenever needed. I also appreciate that they've added cryptocurrency options. Another plus is having solid control over transactions, along with the ability to check payment history and see updated information in real time.

That said, the PayPal app on iOS has some pretty serious issues. On top of that, accounts can be blocked without warning and PayPal may freeze or hold funds which is very inconvenient for the user.

It lets me receive money from other countries without much hassle which is exactly what I need for freelance work. I regularly use it to collect my payments across borders and it has been really helpful for getting my salary from one country to another.

Customer support could use some improvement because there are times when the response takes longer than expected.

I also appreciate the strong security features like 24/7 monitoring, encryption and fraud detection which help keep personal data and transactions protected. The mobile app is available on both iOS and Android so accessing my account on the go is no problem and the support for multiple currencies plus international money transfers makes it even more useful.

It applies transaction fees to certain payments especially cross-border transactions and currency conversions. There are also times when received funds can be placed on hold which is frustrating if you need immediate access to your money.

PayPal has been really simple to use and the customer service has been excellent whenever needed. Making payments and handling transactions is very simple and I also appreciate the added after-pay option that lets you split payments into installments with zero interest.

One thing I'd still like to see is PayPal being accepted by more businesses.

The whole process feels very secure and the fees are lower than what I've seen with other services. Customer support has also been reliable every time, giving quick and helpful information when needed.

I honestly haven't run into any issues with this platform. Its features and service have consistently worked properly for me.

One thing that bothered me about it was the fees tied to certain transactions. Some payments were free but others came with charges that can build up over time. I also ran into a few situations where linking my bank account was frustrating and resolving disputes with sellers was not always as simple as I expected.
