Simple to use for international transactions.

What I like least is the high commission they charge and I wouldn't recommend it for crypto transactions because of security concerns.

It used to be a really valuable digital wallet and helped a lot of businesses with Pix. Since that feature was removed from the app though, it hasn't been nearly as useful as it was before.

The customer service team replies in a timely manner and is genuinely helpful when it comes to recovering money lost to fraud. Because PayPal is so widely accepted, it ends up being very practical for both online purchases and in-store payments.

Cons

The invoicing feature could use some improvement. The mobile app is also usually limited to the primary language of the country where it is being used so adding broader multilingual support would make it much better.
