“Lets me add multiple cards”

Right away, it feels like a user-friendly and secure platform that makes its different features much simpler to use and understand. Transaction processing is extremely fast, almost instant. Being able to add multiple credit card providers is a big plus and the strict security measures make it a platform you can rely on without hesitation. Customer support is outstanding as well, they work with us to find quick solutions while still respecting the user's time. On top of that, the option to add several currencies to the account is very useful since it lets us store a currency and use it whenever needed without the transaction being affected by exchange rate exposure.

Cons

I didn't like how slowly funds were transferred from my bank to it. Even though they now offer faster payment options, bank transfers still take around 3 days.

Set up was very simple. I'm not an IT expert at all yet the interface felt clear, user-friendly. I had everything configured and ready to go within just a few minutes.

Cons

Running it in my business has helped cut down costs on fees quite a bit and the customer support has been outstanding. I've dealt with a couple of fraud-related issues but they were taken care of within 24 hours. Anytime I contacted them, the team was responsive and friendly. The only downside is that it can become quite expensive when you need to raise capital for a new project.

I honestly can't point to any major downside. If I had to be picky, the interface feels a bit too simple and it could use a more modern and polished design.

A big frustration came up when I was billed fraudulently. PayPal said they were reviewing my case but it felt like they sided with the seller without actually reading what I submitted and they didn't give me any way to appeal the decision.

Setting it up is simple and using it feels very easy. One thing I really appreciate is that getting a refund is also pretty manageable if you end up dealing with a scam.

Scammers do use the platform quite a bit but there are still ways to protect yourself and avoid those situations.
