“Genuinely useful app”

Setting up an account was simple and the OTP requirement adds an extra layer of security. It feels safe to keep money there and sending or receiving payments is very convenient.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind since the app has been genuinely useful for me.

Moving money from your account there over to your bank account is not very simple and can be a bit inconvenient.

That said, dealing with conflicts between buyers and sellers can still be difficult. Getting through the app to find the right section for resolving a dispute can also be a challenge.

when a client sends me money, I end up covering the transfer fee myself and it's quite expensive. On top of that, the fee for moving the funds from PayPal to my preferred bank still isn't included.

Nothing really compares to it when it comes to reputation and reliability. I've used it in several situations, selling, buying, returning items and every single experience has been positive. I have nothing to complain about.

Compared with other online payment apps I've tried, this one stands out as the best. It was quick to get started with and the whole setup and day-to-day use feel very simple.

The biggest advantage of this software is definitely how quickly money is processed and shared. The interface is very simple and user-friendly, sending payments happens instantly and you can find other users by phone number or email which makes searching for the right person much easier. On top of that, the transaction history makes it convenient to keep track of every movement.

Cons

I'm not a big fan of the process for moving money from the account to the card. I also dislike that they removed the Wallet feature since I used it often to collect money for group gifts.

They can limit your account. When that happens, reaching support is frustrating because you can't contact them through WhatsApp and the only option is email.

One thing that stands out is the security since it always sends alerts and asks for a code when you log in.

The part I liked the least is that it can take quite a while for the money to be transferred into my bank account.
