Very simple and it's accepted almost everywhere. It makes the entire payment process quick and secure.

Cons

At times, I'm asked to sign in and then verify my identity again through another tool I'm using. While I do understand and appreciate the added security, it can be a bit frustrating now and then especially when it happens for very small payments.

One of the best parts of this software is the security which really helps protect both the business and its customers. Customers just need to sign in to their account instead of typing in their credit card number over and over which makes checkout feel safer and more convenient. Setup is also very simple and doesn't require any technical expertise. Another huge plus is that payments come through immediately instead of having to wait several days.

Cons

It's a very solid product overall. The only real drawback is the fees which might put some people off. I'm not sure those costs will change much but considering the level of security and customer service included, it still feels worth paying for.

I really appreciate how secure and encrypted the app feels for everyday transactions. It's simple to use and getting around the app doesn't take much effort. I also like that it locks things down whenever suspicious activity is detected. On top of that, I can use it pretty much anywhere as long as there's a signal.

Setting up an account takes quite a while which can be frustrating. They've also increased the fees and honestly, nobody likes paying extra fees.

The payments arrive in real time and withdrawing the funds is simple with no complications. I even used it to accept donations and that process was completely hassle-free.

If you're new to the platform, you do need to build up some account history first so your initial transactions may be held for a few days before the money clears into your account. I understand that this is important for fraud prevention though. Once you get past that stage, everything works very simply.

I really don't see any major weakness with it, except that signing up can be very difficult in certain countries such as Senegal in Africa.

At times, customer support can feel a bit overly proactive about account security. There have been moments when an account gets locked and you have to provide supporting documents to regain access but it's clearly done in the interest of keeping the account secure.
