Pros

It has been a really reliable way to send and receive money safely. One thing that makes it especially useful is the ability to add different currencies which saves me from having to deal with foreign exchange issues all the time. Transfers and payments are processed securely and quickly so it works well for both personal and business use.

Cons

Right now, it's doing exactly what I need it to do and I honestly don't see any major areas that need improvement. It keeps updating with current trends and features which helps it stay in line with what users need.

Reaching customer service by phone can sometimes take a while and I've had calls get disconnected. The foreign currency exchange rate also isn't the most favorable.
