“Terrible support, unresolved issue”

Paying with it is simple and it's accepted by most retailers which makes it convenient to use.

Cons

My biggest problem was the customer service. The staff came across as very rude and my issue still wasn't resolved at all.

Pros

One thing that keeps me using it is the strong security especially when it comes to fraud prevention and keeping my money protected. Paying online is also very convenient which makes it a reliable option for everyday transactions.

Cons

The part I don't enjoy is how difficult the verification process can be especially when using bank cards. On top of that, the service gets stopped or restricted too often which can be frustrating.

“Pleasant design”

The interface is pleasant to look at and simple to navigate which makes the software comfortable to use.

Cons

Case handling tends to go against the merchant. It would be better if there were a stronger and more balanced process for resolving disputes.

“Surprised by its simplicity”

Buying things online with it has been a really convenient experience and I'm honestly surprised by how simple it is to use. It works very well for me and I've been enjoying using it a lot.

Cons

Customer support is the weak point here. It's really poor and I wish it were much easier to reach an actual person whenever help is needed. That part definitely needs improvement.

Getting around PayPal feels very simple. Using it to send payments is simple and the whole process is easy to understand.

Sending and receiving money with it has been really convenient and the best part is how quickly the funds reach my M-Pesa account, usually within seconds.

Getting started is very simple, creating an account doesn't take much effort and the features available are really impressive too.

I don't use every feature so I can't comment on all of them but the ones I use for work have all been really good.

Adding it as a payment option has helped us increase sales because it lets us reach customers who are not comfortable sharing their credit card details over the phone or through chat.

There have been a few occasions when the pop-up window would not open on the customer's side but it is usually a minor issue and simple to troubleshoot by guiding the customer through it.

It has been free and simple and getting help from customer service usually doesn't take long.

They're not very willing to issue refunds when fraud is involved.

I've never questioned the security of the service and I use it with confidence almost every single day.

Right now, I genuinely don't have any constructive criticism to offer. To me, they've built one of the most secure and user-friendly platforms available for digital payments and online purchases.

Found it simple to manage and payments are fast. It works well for paying on shopping websites online and it also lets you receive payments for your own business.

A few features still aren't available worldwide.

Appreciate that there are no membership, processing or service charges unless I move money to my bank account which feels fair and reasonable. Compared with a regular bank that takes a monthly fee just to keep my money there, this app costs very little or sometimes nothing at all.

I wish this payment app were accepted in more places especially when I'm grocery shopping in the Philippines. Anytime it's available, I choose it as my payment method but in many shops here it still isn't offered as an option.

“Left it due to updated terms”

This software has always felt easy which is why it stayed my preferred option for such a long time.

Cons

Things changed for me when they updated their terms to say they could take $250 per offense if someone was accused of spreading misinformation online. Even though they reversed that decision after major backlash, the fact that the company wanted to step into political issues was enough for me to close my account.

It already has everything I need and I'm happy with all of its features and overall functionality.

It has become essential for all the invoices I send to my clients. It's simple, direct and offers several ways to use it depending on what I need. I would absolutely recommend it 100%.

Cons

Transaction fees is too high. It would be really nice if PayPal removed those since there are only no fees when sending money through payments between friends.
