During the times I've used it, I haven't run into any issues or discomfort with it yet.

At times, the maintenance costs can still feel a bit high. Some of the processes are also hard to understand and I think the platform could use an upgrade.

One of the best parts is how quickly I can send and complete transactions and the customer support gives me a real sense of security.

There were a few times when my money was placed on hold but that was because eBay required it at the time. Since eBay no longer accepts those payments, that issue is no longer tied to it.

Getting paid through it is really convenient and sending payments to my clients is just as simple.

Running a small business is much easier with PayPal because it comes with useful tools to track and manage payments, sales and plenty of other details. It's very simple to use and after using it for many years, I still rely on it for both my business and personal needs.

I don't have any complaints. It has consistently met my needs and lived up to my expectations.

It handles absolutely everything down to the smallest detail and honestly I have no complaints. It's been extremely effective for what I need.

Payments can be slow and there isn't much speed in that part of the process.

The website and app have a clean, simple design that makes everything easy to follow. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with it and sending or receiving payments is very simple. Since it works with so many websites and services, having an account ends up being really useful.

Verifying a bank account can be a bit of a hassle and I've run into a few issues before that meant I had to contact customer support.

The most useful thing about it is being able to send money anywhere, at any time, without the usual delays.

It feels really simple and I appreciate how simple it is to navigate. It also does a good job of keeping track of what I'm spending my money on.

The only downside is the processing fee on some payments or invoices. Aside from that, everything else has been good.

It works in nearly every place I need it and that wide acceptance is a big reason I keep using it. I also feel confident it will continue being that reliable. Compared with some of the newer companies out there, this is one I genuinely trust.

I've heard from some people that payments can sometimes take a while to go through although I haven't run into that issue myself. On the other hand, my husband has been dealing with problems while trying to close an account.

One thing PayPal clearly prioritizes is security which is reassuring for users. That said, the multiple security layers can sometimes feel frustrating because there are just too many steps to get through.

The withdrawal cost is a bit high because of the commission. Compared with other options, it's about the same or even lower but it would still be nice if they reduced it a little.
