Having an online payment system like this is really convenient for services that involve paid transactions. It works with most of the platforms and services I use so I rarely run into compatibility issues.

Customer support is not up to the mark. Because the call center is outsourced, I'm often connected to representatives who aren't native speakers which can make detailed communication harder. On top of that, the exchange rate for converting foreign currency into local currency is very unfavorable and that is the part I dislike the most.

Payments from most of my reviews are sent straight there so I end up using it almost every day and checking my balance regularly. The amount can shift when the currency has not been converted yet but converting it, using the funds and moving money to my bank is very simple. It is one of my favorite tools and the more often you use it, the more features you end up discovering.

The part I like least is the fee when transferring money to a bank. Php 50 already feels like a lot especially if you are only moving around Php 500 or a bit more. There is not really much to do about that since it is part of the business. Another downside is that you need to keep at least a Php 500 balance before you can make a transfer.
