“Useful features at a fair price”

Pros

The feature set is solid for the price and the platform is fairly simple to use.

Getting into my account takes more steps than I'd prefer and that part of the process is frustrating.

I use it both personally for purchases and payments and through my non-profit to collect donations. It makes it much easier to track payments, see who sent them and check which members are current with their membership.

Getting everything configured for a non-profit was challenging especially with the related requirements but after it was finally set up, it worked well.

It has become one of the most widely used options for making payments online which makes it very convenient. The pricing is simple and predictable, with fixed costs that are easier to plan around and there are multiple pricing plans available to match different budgets. It also handles subscriptions and recurring billing well and the support for many currencies and vendors makes it a practical choice for a wide range of online sales.

You still have to deal with bank-related processes and support issues at times which can be frustrating to remember and manage.

Customer service stands out and this tool is accepted just about everywhere. It works across so many platforms and the fact that credit and debit cards are widely supported makes it even more convenient to use.

It's usually one of the first payment options new customers feel comfortable using because people already know and trust it. We handle a good amount of transactions on our website through it and we also rely on it when making purchases ourselves.

One thing that still concerns me is how vulnerable accounts can seem to hacking. I hear about it happening quite a bit with other business owners even when two-step verification is turned on so that's definitely worrying.

It is pretty easy to operate. The interface is user-friendly, it's simple to navigate and it works well for moving toward more digital processes and payments.

There are still a few minor bugs here and there and transaction transmission can feel slow at times. I also have some concerns around security issues even though the platform is useful overall.

The fees are extremely high. If you use it frequently, it's worth looking at other options because the charges and exchange rates are not very favorable.

The part I like least is how difficult it can be to get in touch with customer service.

It's the only payment method I really rely on for transactions and honestly my favorite by far. The security gives me peace of mind and the fraud protection is a big reason I keep using it. This app is always my first choice whenever I need to send or receive money.

I'd bring back the check cashing feature throughout the entire year instead of offering it only at certain times.
