Overall, it works really well but the exchange rates and fees could definitely be lower. At times, the charges feel a bit too high.

Getting in touch with support can be frustrating at times since it may take a few days before they respond. I also don't feel like their refund and buyer protection are as reliable as they used to be especially if you send money to someone and end up getting scammed.

One area that still needs improvement is the dispute process since there shouldn't be separate options where one protects the consumer and another does not.

On top of that, I rely on it for personal online shopping because it adds a layer of protection for my debit card information.

Sending money to other people is really convenient with it. I also appreciate the option to split a purchase into 4 payments when ordering something. Whenever a problem comes up, customer service handles it quickly and makes you feel like a valued customer.

There honestly are not many problems to mention. The only issue that comes to mind is that the app can sometimes crash and stop working.

You can link your bank details and move funds through it and if you need the money immediately, the instant transfer option is only 25 cents. If you're not in a hurry, you can also just wait about 3 days for the transfer to reach your account.
