Even when my internet connection slows down, transactions still go through without much trouble which has made payments very convenient for me.

Payments are processed quickly and transactions go through fast.

Unfortunately, when you buy something using this payment method and the item arrives damaged, you still have to send it back to the company at your own expense. That means you end up losing money anyway. Take a household appliance like an oven as an example: if it costs EUR300 and arrives damaged, returning it by courier can cost at least EUR120 to EUR200. At that point, it really stops being worth it. This comes from my personal experience.

PayPal feels practical especially as an online wallet that can connect with different employers which is really helpful for people who work for themselves. The transactions are convenient in this app and that's one of the things I appreciate most. It also gives selected users $5-$10 gift cards which is a nice bonus. As someone who uses the app personally, I think it's good because it's not only useful for sending and receiving payments but also for people who get to enjoy the extra perks and features it offers.

Cons

I don't really like that the app requires a debit or credit card to complete transactions.

The option to pay in 4 installments is really convenient and the instant payment feature is a big plus.

At times, the app freezes so I have to switch over to the website instead.

It has made online payments really convenient, with just a few clicks needed to complete a transaction. When sending money to another user, all that's required is the person's registered email address and within a few clicks the money is already in their account.

On the ecommerce side, integrating card payments into a store can be difficult especially for users who don't have much IT or technical knowledge.

Right from the start, the software felt very user-friendly and simple to move around in. Sending and receiving money was simple and I appreciated that there were no hidden fees involved. Overall, I was very satisfied with the software and would definitely recommend it to others.

Customer support is very limited. When I had questions, I often had to look online for answers myself and a lot of the time I still couldn't find the information I needed.
