“Top-tier experience”

Pros

This has been one of my best experiences overall. The interface looks polished, it works really well on both iOS and Android, the payment processing is quite fast and the invoicing features are also very good.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints because the software feels well optimized. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that order processing occasionally takes longer than usual.

“Been dependable for years”

Pros

For more than ten years, it has been a dependable way for me to get paid especially when I needed access to money at important moments. I also use it to receive automatic payments from my distributors and having it connected directly to my bank account makes transfers work really well for my record label.

Cons

One frustrating part has been dealing with the process of getting a new card. I have tried several times to receive an updated replacement card but the company still has not managed to send me one.

Getting started with a credit card or bank account is very simple and once it's set up that one time, I can keep using it for multiple purchases without having to do it again.

What would make it even better is having the option to add the account to Apple Pay.

It stands out to me because card payments go through much faster than with other apps I've used. That speed is the biggest reason I prefer it.

there's nothing frustrating here for me, the speed is actually what surprised me in a good way. Sending, receiving and paying all happen very quickly.

It works with a wide range of websites selling all kinds of products especially for online shopping and it's also useful for receiving payments from freelance or one-off jobs.

If they detect an incident they consider "unjustified," there's a high chance they'll close your account and not allow you to open another one, with no option to appeal.

I appreciated being able to connect and use my own bank account with it.

Not a big fan of the fee they charged for using the service.

Using it has been really convenient for me. I especially appreciate how simple it is to navigate, the constant promotions they offer and how clearly every transaction and operation is displayed.

They could still add more payment options especially in this digital era where QR and contactless payments have become so common.

The set up was fairly simple but I ended up switching because I came across other options that worked better for me so I stopped using this one.
