Since 2013, it has been a valuable partner in building my online business. I'm especially grateful for the customer support which has consistently been excellent. The card features have also been a major step forward for us. Thank you very much and I hope we continue working together for a long time.

Adding it as a payment option really helps speed things up. Buyers can complete their purchase without having to type in their payment and shipping details every time which makes the checkout process much more convenient.

Its a handy way to let customers buy products quickly using their existing account information so they can place orders on your site without re-entering payment or shipping details. On the downside, people do need to have an it account to use the service and that can be inconvenient if they normally rely on other payment processors or point-of-sale systems.

At this point, there's really nothing positive I can say because they seem to support fraudulent sellers.

It used to be a good service and was simple to use and whenever something went wrong you could report the issue to PayPal.

Along with having a Venmo account, I still prefer using this one. It feels secure, it's simple to use and I've never run into any problems with payments or my account. It's been reliable and proven itself over the years.

I've noticed that younger friends and family seem to be moving more toward Venmo. I don't really think that's the company's fault and I only keep a Venmo account for their convenience. Even so, I still prefer this one and I'm not really sure why it doesn't get used more by younger people.

A purchase was made through my account by someone else and they still refused to give my money back. The amount involved was around $84.

Nothing positive to mention. They do not protect their users at all so be careful.

Being able to use it from almost anywhere in the world is a huge plus and it's consistently fast and reliable whenever I need it.

It has made global business feel much more practical. Money can move across borders without the usual limitations and without the kind of stress that used to come with international transactions.

it still isn't accessible in some countries, including Ghana where I live. I suspect several other African countries face the same problem too. That feels unfair and makes doing business more complicated.

It has been really helpful for buying products online and sending money across the world. It's a practical payment option when you need something reliable for international transactions.

Receiving payments still isn't supported actively in every country and direct transfers to some countries are not possible. There's also a risk of abuse since some people use it dishonestly by sending a payment and then opening a case through their local bank, leaving little room for PayPal to respond. It's better to stay cautious and accept payments from users who pay directly from their PayPal balance.

“A blessing for the Nigerians”

For Nigerians, it has been a real lifesaver. Without it, sending money and making transfers to a US account would be much harder and a lot of opportunities could have been missed if this service didn't exist.

Cons

There was a time my account got frozen without any clear reason and I had to borrow money because of it. I couldn't help thinking it might have happened because I'm from Nigeria.
