Using it has been pretty simple and the customer support has been really reliable. Whenever I've run into a problem, the team responded quickly and handled refunds without delay.

Cons

The app itself could still be a bit more user-friendly. At times it's hard to locate what I need or get it to work the way I expect.

A big plus is that most people already have PayPal so sending money to just about anyone is really convenient. It also felt like a secure way to make payments which gave me more confidence using it.

It seems like it could use a cleaner, more user-friendly update and I don't want to be pushed into using the app every time when I'd rather just use the website.

Whenever something comes up, the software has been amazing to use and their team always helps me work through any issue or error I run into inside the platform.

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about PayPal. It's one of my favorite apps to use and the customer service has been outstanding.

It also has useful features and being able to search transactions and stay on top of all my payments makes managing everything much easier.

I really have not run into any bad experiences. Buying things online feels more secure and the whole purchasing process is simple.

Sending money to a bank account can be frustrating. It's not as simple as it should be and it takes too long for the money to reach the other bank account.

Getting started with it is simple, a lot of people already have accounts so it's accepted in many places and I can add photos and profile details so others can tell it's really me.

Dealing with customer support or trying to get a refund is almost impossible. Whenever there's been an incorrect charge, the experience has never gone well for me.

One downside is the amount of scam activity tied to PayPal. I keep seeing phishing emails about fake payments especially ones related to Apple products and that can be really frustrating.

There honestly isn't much I dislike. If I had to point out something, it would be that I haven't been able to get a card for it or maybe it just doesn't offer that option.

it doesn't provide a wider variety of payment options through the cart. I'd prefer to offer more choices to help capture sales from customers who don't use PayPal. That said, it still supports most major credit cards and checks.

There's honestly not much missing from PayPal especially when I compare it with similar products and other apps. The only thing I'd like to see improved is transaction speed. At times there's a small delay when moving funds to a bank account.
