“international payments made simple”
Pros
Getting paid for the services I provide to customers in other countries has been perfect with this app. It's simple to use and just about anyone can understand how it works without much trouble.
Cons
I haven't come across any bad features at all.

“detailed fraud protection”
Pros
Paypal lets me pay using debit cards, credit cards and directly through bank accounts which makes it really convenient. Their fraud prevention and refund process is very detailed on the website so it's clear what to expect if something goes wrong. I also like that they've added crypto trading which gives it more flexibility. On top of that, the buyer protection is a big plus because it helps keep you from losing money in a lot of different situations.
Cons
One downside is that customer service can sometimes be slow to respond although that may depend partly on the other person involved. I've also run into random site errors now and then without any clear explanation.

“Accepted almost everywhere”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this software is how widely it's accepted. I can pay pretty much any merchant I buy from online whether it's an e-commerce store, a SaaS platform or a service provider. Almost everyone on the internet seems to support PayPal which is a huge advantage. It also comes with plenty of useful features. I can add balance to my account without much trouble and send money to anyone I need to pay.
Cons
My biggest issue with this software is its limited availability in my country. I live in Nepal and while I'm able to use PayPal to send money, I still can't receive payments through it. Whenever a client needs to pay me on PayPal, I have to either ask relatives who live abroad to accept the payment for me or rely on other methods instead. That limitation is the part I really dislike about this website.

I love being able to send money overseas whenever I need to. On top of that, it feels very secure since my credit card information isn't exposed in plain view.

“convenient purchases”
Pros
Using PayPal makes transactions feel more secure, quicker and much more convenient.
Cons
PayPal still can't guarantee complete safety so you have to stay careful and do your own checks. Even with that, it's still very useful.

“secure and professional”
Pros
Compared with Venmo, PayPal feels much more professional. Both the website and mobile app come across as more secure and they fit in more naturally as payment options when making purchases.
Cons
That added professionalism does come with a small tradeoff though. PayPal can be a bit harder to navigate than options like Venmo and it also feels slightly less widely used.

“Worldwide payments”
Pros
Using it feels very simple and I can receive payments from almost anywhere in the world. One feature I really appreciate is that the currency conversion happens automatically which is incredibly convenient.
Cons
PayPal's fees can be high depending on the currency although in most common cases like Euro and Dollar, they are still reasonable.

“loving the easy transactions”
Pros
Sending and receiving money with PayPal has been perfect for me. I use it all the time to transfer funds and get paid and I've even recommended it to my friends and family. It's really simple to use and I honestly haven't run into any issues while using it.
Cons
The only part I liked less was at the beginning, when I first opened my account and had trouble trying to get my PayPal card.

“Overseas payments”
Pros
Across the globe, PayPal is still one of the most preferred payment methods. I've used it to collect payments from overseas clients and the whole process has been fast and hassle-free.

“handy invoicing”
Pros
PayPal has been a reliable online payment platform and app for me. The interface is simple and creating invoices is easy especially when billing clients who pay on a monthly basis.
Cons
I dislike the PayPal chargesalong with the way it can place payments on hold even when a seller is already bringing in thousands through their online business.

“Flexible money collection”
Pros
It connects well with the forms software we already use and we can also create a button for our website to collect payments without much hassle.
Cons
Getting the payment buttons configured with the right descriptions took a bit of trial and error at first especially to make sure we could properly track each payment.

“reliable international payments”
Pros
After switching from Perfect Money to PayPal for my online work, receiving international payments became much more dependable. Earlier, there were times when I could not receive the payment at all but with PayPal every payment has come through without issue. I have been using it for more than five years now and I am genuinely very happy with it.
Cons
Payment process can take quite a while to complete and the charges are a bit on the expensive side.

“Fast refunds”
Pros
Using it has been pretty simple and I really appreciate how many merchant sites accept it. If there's ever an issue, PayPal support helps you get your refund quickly after you reach out. It's also handy that you can go back and pull up receipts for things you paid for in the past.
Cons
The only thing that stood out to me was that they charge a small amount just to verify your account but it was fine since my account was verified within a day.

“works with many businesses”
Pros
PayPal makes it really convenient to send secure payments quickly from just about anywhere in the world and it works with a wide range of businesses. Since most online stores accept it, it's usually my first option when I don't want to keep entering my credit card details every time I shop online.
Cons
One downside is that the app seems to require frequent updates and it still doesn't offer all the features available on the mobile website.

“Frustrating dispute reversals”
Pros
It gave us the ability to charge credit cards online which was useful for handling payments over the internet.
Cons
Trying to deal with a customer dispute was like being stuck on a chaotic roller coaster even when we had a signed contract in place. The full payment amount would get reversed which is a major problem in the moving business when the charge is large even if the customer was only disputing a small portion. On top of that, customer service was never helpful and it took months for our response to even be reviewed.

“great extra services”
Pros
Handling payments with PayPal has been simple and it includes the features our business actually needs. The extra services, like the debit card, also add a lot of value and make the product more appealing overall.
Cons
One area that really needs work is the reporting. It's difficult to search for transactions or sort them properly and the export feature isn't very useful either.

“Safer online payments”
Pros
Using PayPal as a middleman is something I really appreciate. When I buy things online, I don't need to give my card details directly to the seller which makes the whole shopping process feel a bit more secure. I also value being able to file a dispute if a merchant charges me twice, never sends the item or if any other issue comes up with the order.
Cons
One problem I've run into is during checkout, when the merchant says the order didn't go through or wasn't processed but PayPal still ends up charging my card. In that situation, you can usually open a dispute and get your money back or if the payment was only placed on hold, you may need to contact your bank to remove the hold.
