Collecting money whenever I need to is really convenient and it's been wonderful to use.

I still don't understand why receiving money directly to a debit card isn't possible.

PayPal makes things really convenient to manage. It's user friendly for the most part, lets me pay international vendors without much hassle and payment transactions go through very quickly.

At first the software can feel a bit confusing and takes some time to understand. Once everything clicks though, it becomes much simpler to use.

Using PayPal has been quick, simple and hassle-free for me. It works smoothly for online purchases and the fact that most online retailers and even individuals accept PayPal makes it even more convenient.

Payments go through very quickly on this platform and barely take any time to complete. It also does a really good job of keeping your information protected and secure.

The only small issue I've had is linking a bank account without a Visa card which has been a bit challenging. Other than that, it has been excellent.

Running a small e-commerce store for the past five years has meant trying out several payment gateways and PayPal has consistently remained a key part of the setup. It gives customers a secure and trustworthy way to pay which really matters. No matter which gateway I've tested, PayPal has always been available as an integration and has worked without problems. Right now I use WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal together and I haven't had any trouble with payments or refunds. For the core job it's supposed to handle, it does exactly what I need.

Something that feels weak is the analytics and reporting which could definitely offer more. The admin dashboard even on a business account, comes across as dated and in need of a refresh. I'm also not happy that the fees for digital products have gone up.

This has been a safe and reliable way to receive payments especially when working remotely as a freelancer. One of the biggest advantages for users in East Africa is the option to move funds from PayPal to an Mpesa account which is a mobile payment service and that added convenience makes a real difference.

One frustrating part is how hard it can be to get feedback from the customer support team. When help is needed, responses from PayPal support often take too long.

PayPal's currency conversion has been really useful because it lets me handle different kinds of payments and send money internationally to workers who need it for job-related purposes.

Getting my bank account and credit card linked to PayPal took way more time than it should have. The system wouldn't let me connect them right away so I ended up having to call customer support to sort it out for me. The whole process felt frustrating, drawn out and unnecessarily complicated.

Recently, there's been a problem with IPN notifications. At first, customer support said the issue was on my end but they didn't explain what I was supposed to do to fix it. Later on, they admitted it was actually their issue and that they were working on a fix. Aside from that, I don't have any other complaints.

I just wish that Paypal and Venmo were combined into a single app. Having to keep two separate apps just to handle very basic tasks can be pretty frustrating.

Living in a different country hasn't been a barrier at all and that's something I really appreciate about PayPal. I can receive payments and also send payment requests to clients and other people around the world within minutes since it's accepted in almost every country. Another feature that has been very useful is the ability to track all my financial activity in one place. That convenience has made managing things much easier for me.

Every now and then, a transaction gets delayed and refunds can take some time to process. Still, their customer support team is responsive and helpful so even when it takes longer than expected, I don't really worry about the reversal because I know it will be resolved.

Running payments through my WordPress shopping cart plugin has been very convenient and I also appreciate that anyone with a PayPal account can send me money without any hassle. The mobile app has been excellent as well and is genuinely enjoyable to use.

At times, the interface still feels a bit glitchy although it has gotten much better over the past year. I also wish PayPal's buyer protection lasted longer than the current 180 days.
