The bank verification step was a bit inconvenient because PayPal sends two small deposit amounts and there can sometimes be a delay before they arrive. In one case, one of my bank accounts never received those verification amounts at all so I ended up using a different bank account instead. I also ran into trouble getting the OTP on my phone number when I first signed up although that may have been caused by my mobile network rather than PayPal itself.

PayPal was built with practicality in mind and that is exactly what I enjoy most about using it. Payments go through quickly and I can easily keep track of each transfer's status. Even though it is an online platform it still gives you a way to handle your finances all in one place. The part I appreciate most is how simple both the app and the website are. There is not an overload of information. Lust a clean, smooth experience.

I feel PayPal has lost some ground to competitors even with the strong partnerships it has. It could use better promotion instead of staying in its comfort zone the way it seems to now. Online payments and transfers have become much simpler across the market so PayPal needs to do more to make its service feel appealing again. The app and website could also use a fresher, more youthful look.

One thing I really love is being able to check my balance anytime, whether I'm sending money or receiving it. I honestly won't even play games unless they offer PayPal as a payout option.
