“Been using it for quite some time”

Pros

This app has been excellent. I've been using it for a very long time and haven't run into any issues at all. On top of that, it feels very secure and really helps prevent scams and fraud.

Cons

I don't want to be that person but up to this point I haven't come across anything I dislike or have any complaints about with the app.

Pros

Using it has been really convenient especially when friends or family need to send money quickly. It has worked particularly well for helping out kids away at college and the whole process is simple to use.

Cons

No complaints about it. Whenever an issue has come up, customer service has always been there and helped me get it sorted out.

It makes invoicing really simple. I can put together a detailed invoice in no time and send it straight to the client without any hassle.

Cons

When I need to create several invoices at once, it can take a bit of extra time but overall the process is still pretty simple to manage.

Its accepted everywhere. You see it almost everywhere. Most online stores and service providers let you pay with PayPal which makes checkout really convenient.

Cons

If I had to point out a downside with PayPal, it would be the fees. They can build up pretty quickly especially on business-related transactions. Customer support is generally decent but there have been times when it felt a bit slow.

PayPal is a well-known company that has been around for a long time and that long track record makes it feel reliable and proven.

Cons

Sometimes I would rather pay with my own preferred payment method but certain businesses only accept PayPal.

When I was using it, being able to send and receive money worked well for me. It was also really convenient for making purchases on eBay. At the time, it felt like a solid secondary platform for keeping my finances more secure.

Cons

My frustration with PayPal is that I can't access my account anymore. But when I try signing in with my old details, it still says I already have an account which just makes the whole situation confusing.

Its easy to use for everyone involved and that simplicity helps create trust between the customer and the owner.

Cons

Honestly there is not much to dislike about PayPal. We did have one instance where there was a mix-up with a payee but customer support stepped in and helped resolve it.

Pros

Collecting payments and sending invoices is really simple with this. Paying online through PayPal also feels secure which is something I really appreciate. The fees are reasonable and it does a good job of making payments and invoices simple to track.

Cons

The invoice templates feel a bit basic and I wish there were more options to make them look more polished and visually appealing.

Getting started with sending money and using the balance in your account feels very simple and easy to understand. It's also really useful that you receive a physical debit card so you can spend your money in stores without any hassle.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is the way the rewards program is set up. The returns are pretty low for what you put in and that can get frustrating sometimes.

I've run into problems before when transferring money through the app. That said, I haven't had any trouble when using the web-based version.

I used it for years and customer support used to handle our requests very well. Since they introduced an automated system though, it has become a completely different experience.

Although I don't rely on this product as often anymore because most people now prefer the convenience of direct payments, it still feels like a secure way to send and receive money.

It does feel a little outdated. Direct payment options such as Zelle, are often faster and can save both time and money when transferring a balance.

Speed matters a lot in our work and it helps us move through transactions quickly without losing time. Sending payment confirmations to teammates or partners only takes a few clicks which makes everyday collaboration much simpler.

As time goes on, transaction tracking starts to feel less organized. Some key details get spread out and I occasionally have to export the data into other tools just to get a clearer, more structured view.

its user friendly to use and the platform is widely trusted which also makes customers feel comfortable using it.

I had a bit of trouble figuring out where certain settings were especially when looking for metrics, fees and similar details. Once I got familiar with the layout though, it became simple to use.

It is really convenient. It feels secure, keeps my information protected and the whole service is simple to use.

There is not really anything specific I dislike about PayPal. Sometimes payments can take a little time to go through but that is pretty much expected.

conversion fee hurts when receiving USD payments. They take close to a 5% cut to exchange USD into CAD and that feels quite high.

I really appreciate how convenient it is. I can use it from practically anywhere in the world which makes it very useful and I would recommend it to others.

it is not very popular in the Republic of Moldova and it does not function very well there. I transferred money from certain services to my PayPal account but the funds never arrived.

Honestly I do not have any real complaints. When I got scammed, the online fraud team needed a few days to finish their investigation but I was refunded afterward so it is worth being patient because they do return your money.
