“Support is frustrating”

Paying with it from anywhere is quick and convenient. It also saves time since you do not have to keep entering your bank account details over and over.

Cons

Getting in touch with an actual person in customer support can be hard and some responses feel unclear while issues may take a long time to get resolved.

Pros

PayPal has become my go-to online payment platform because it allows me to send and receive money quickly and securely. I also rely on it to create and send invoices which is really useful. On top of that, withdrawing money that I receive through it is simple and convenient.

Cons

The biggest issue I have run into with it is account limitations and sometimes payments sent to me get placed on hold which can be frustrating.

Pros

it's simple, secure and fast for me to send and receive money. It also lets me track and manage my payment transactions without any trouble. Also, adding my credit and debit cards is very convenient.

Cons

I have run into online fraud. Also, the customer service team can sometimes take longer than expected to resolve the problems I report.

Pros

This has become my favorite way to handle payments. It's very convenient and sending or receiving money is really simple. Connecting and accessing it with my bank is also very simple.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about PayPal. I've used it many times and it has always felt simple to use.

Pros

I value the invoicing feature. I can create and send invoices for services provided or products purchased directly from the app and I can also review the transaction history whenever I have worked with that customer before. That makes it a really useful feature for my business.

Cons

it covers everything I need so I honestly cannot point to anything I dislike about the service. To me, it works perfectly.

Pros

Getting started only took a moment which was really convenient. I also appreciate being able to monitor all of my transactions in one place.

Cons

Up to this point, I have not had any problems with PayPal. That said, I am still a bit traditional so I do not feel fully comfortable sending larger amounts especially anything over 300 because if the money does not reach the other person's account, it feels like it could be lost.

Pros

Being able to shop on new websites right away without sharing my actual payment information with the seller has been really useful and having that extra protection in case something goes wrong gives me more peace of mind.

Cons

Something that still bothers me is the added fee to pull cash from my account when I need it right away especially since there was already a charge to move the money there instantly in the first place.

Payments go through quickly and it feels secure using it. I don't have to stress as much about getting scammed because PayPal looks into disputes and can help you recover your money.

Cons

The downside is that not every business takes PayPal and in some cases the return process is handled differently than when you pay the usual way. Still, that's not really something I would blame PayPal for.

It lets you send international payments from Argentina to any country in the world using just an email address.

Cons

The transfer fees are very expensive and compared with other payment platforms or even cryptocurrencies, those options usually end up being cheaper.

Ability to send money, pay bills to other PayPal users and move funds to my own bank within seconds is really convenient.

I can only send money to people who already have a PayPal account. I'm also not a fan of having to verify my account using a bank account.

Its great being able to access my payment information from any website in a simple and secure way. The PayPal wallet is also very useful.

Cons

It still can't function like a bank account and doesn't come with an account or routing number so getting to the funds for certain uses can be difficult.

the virtual terminal has been really convenient. I can accept payments from anywhere without needing any extra hardware or attachments and looking up past transactions is simple too.

Cons

Honestly nothing has gone wrong for me so far. The only real downside is that it costs a bit more than I'd prefer.

Nothing at all. If I could give it a zero, I absolutely would. Now I'm stuck adding more text because it won't let me submit a review unless it has at least 100 characters so hopefully this is enough.

The only reason I used it was to pay for a conference and now I have to make an account just to get a receipt tied to an email address. I have three different emails and none of them show any record of the payment. Then I tried signing in again and got stuck clicking endless pictures of motorcycles, fire hydrants and crosswalks like it's the 1990s and I still couldn't get into the account. My bank just needs a password so I don't understand why PayPal makes this so difficult. At this point I'm wasting at least 30 minutes just trying to get a receipt. Such a dumb system. Use Venmo or Zelle instead.

Having everything gathered in one place makes the whole process much better. The instructions are clear, simple to follow and the purchase documentation is detailed and easy to understand.

Cons

Bank transfers to my PayPal account usually take around 3 to 5 days which is a bit slow. Other than that, I really do not have anything else to complain about.

I wish PayPal handled seller protection better. The buyer protection is very strong but it can sometimes leave sellers in a position where buyers can take advantage of the system.

Using it feels a lot more secure than entering my card details on every site. Sending money to friends is hassle-free and getting a refund is simple when something goes wrong.

Cons

The currency conversion fees feel higher than I expect. The app layout can also seem a bit scattered at times and not especially clean.

this platform has felt very secure whenever I need to send or receive different kinds of payments. I have also used it many times to order items and pay for goods without problems. The interface is clean and simple so it does not take much effort to navigate. Another thing I appreciate is the detailed record it keeps of money received, money sent and purchases made on other platforms. Creating invoices and tracking my transactions is also very convenient.

Cons

One issue is that it only works in a limited number of countries and that can be restrictive at times. When I am in a location where it is not supported, I sometimes cannot use the software which has prevented me from making payments on some occasions.

I can access it pretty much anywhere and the protections they offer help reduce the risk of fraudulent charges.

Cons

I just wish there were fewer situations where fees get taken out of the payments I receive. It would also be much better if funds could be transferred between PayPal and Venmo.

Setting it up and using it is very simple. Since it's accepted and used widely around the world, it makes making payments really convenient.

I feel quite secure using this account and trusting it with my information. One thing I'd still like is an option to hide my name.
