I really do not have any major complaints. I am just still adjusting to the newer layout. It may not even be that new but since I do not use PayPal very often, it still feels unfamiliar to me.

I appreciate the ease of use. There are several ways to send and receive money and the credit line is a really nice feature too. I use both the website and the mobile app and both feel very user-friendly. It's also really helpful that I can connect it to other sites when I need to make a payment.

Business transaction fees can feel a little steep especially for small business owners dealing with frequent payments. On top of that, occasional fund holds are frustrating, particularly when there are no disputes or other problems involved. I'd appreciate more transparency and flexibility around when funds become available.
