I'm not completely happy with the customer support because it can sometimes be difficult to get in touch with them. It can also be challenging for newer businesses to unlock certain upgrades like having funds released, unless they've already hit a required number of sales or other milestones.

Something I'd still like to see is more flexibility for splitting a bill into multiple payments. The 4-payment option is nice and I do use it but I wish there were a few more choices available.

accounts can be limited or even shut down without a clear reason and resolving it is really difficult. The same goes for money being put on hold with little explanation. When issues come up, phone support isn't always very useful and some of the site menus get confusing when you need to handle more advanced tasks.

Sending money to family and friends is really simple with it. It also works really well for quick checkout on a lot of different websites, including eBay. Another thing I appreciate is being able to create an invoice and email it to someone whenever I need to.

Cons

Overall everything has been good. They did block one payment once but after I contacted them, it was sorted out. Honestly that is probably a good thing since security matters.
