It has become more and more convenient over time. The clean, simple layout works really well for sending invoices especially for a small business or independent contractor. I almost never run into bugs or glitches. Even the free version gives me plenty to work with, including the option to create a custom PayPal.me link which makes it much easier to share my business and get paid. On the few occasions I've contacted customer support, the messaging system has felt a little outdated but I usually get a response the same day.

Cons

A couple of times, I had to contact PayPal support to request a refund for something I purchased. The messaging system can feel somewhat buggy and support usually ends up calling back by phone anyway. I'm not a big fan of having to deal with that part but the agents do seem knowledgeable and usually handle things efficiently.
