“connects well with e-commerce platforms”
Pros
It has been a reliable free option for sending and receiving money internationally. It connects nicely with e-commerce platforms which makes online selling much more convenient. The brand has built a strong reputation over the years so it feels secure to use and the mobile app is practical and simple for everyday transactions.
Cons
Merchant transaction fees are still on the higher side which can add up quickly. Support also tends to move slowly when the issue is more complicated. Account holds and verification checks can interrupt cash flow at the worst time and there is not much flexibility when it comes to deeper business customization. Refunds do get completed consistently but depending on the bank or card, they can sometimes take much longer than they should. I have also run into occasional glitches when creating invoices and those delays can be pretty annoying.

“Simple to get the hang of”
Pros
Pretty easy to understand, the interface is user-friendly and lets me send and receive payments in just a few seconds. I also really appreciate the level of security it provides since it helps protect both transactions and personal data. Another big advantage is being able to pay online without having to enter card details every single time and because it is so widely used, it's accepted on a huge number of websites.
Cons
I dont like the fee structure, it can be fairly high in some situations especially for people receiving payments. On top of that, customer support is not always quick when it comes to solving issues and certain procedures such as temporary account limitations or security checks, can be unclear and inconvenient. Lastly, the exchange rate applied to international transactions is not always the most favorable.

“Good value for money”
Pros
You get amazing value for the money. It delivers solid overall quality especially when it comes to brand trust, worldwide reach and how accessible it is to use. It brings a dependable and convenient payment experience.
Cons
That said it usually comes at a higher price than some other payment providers. The processing fees particularly for international transactions and currency conversion, tend to be on the expensive side.

“Works on a wide range of websites”
Pros
It makes paying online fast and I appreciate not having to type in my card details every single time. It also gives me a sense of security and the fact that it works on so many websites is a big plus.
Cons
What I like least about it is the fees especially when it comes to international payments or currency conversion. I also think the customer support needs improvement because getting issues resolved can sometimes take longer than it should.

“all transactions in one place”
Pros
Sending and receiving money through it is really quick which is the part I appreciate most. It's accepted by so many websites and services, feels secure to use and keeps online payments simple without having to give out bank account information. It's also handy to have all my payments and transactions tracked and managed in one place.
Cons
The biggest drawbacks with it are the fees especially when using it for business payments, along with those occasional fund holds that can interrupt cash flow. On top of that, getting help from customer support can take time and they're not always easy to reach when something goes wrong.

“Valuable product”
Pros
It has been most valuable to me because it's convenient and simple to use. I can send and receive money fast, keep track of all my transactions in one place and pay for products or services securely without entering my financial details over and over again. The buyer protection and the fact that it's accepted almost everywhere make it a dependable choice for both personal and business use.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the fees and the occasional account restrictions. Charges for instant transfers or business transactions can build up pretty quickly. On top of that, when problems come up like payment holds or disputes, the resolution process can feel a bit slow and the communication is not always as clear as it should be.

“Beginner-friendly program”
Pros
The interface is user-friendly so sending and receiving money is fast and doesn't take much technical know-how which makes it very beginner-friendly. It's also especially helpful for international payments. Even though there are fees, the convenience and level of trust usually make the cost worth it particularly for freelancers and small businesses. The invoicing tool looks clean and professional and putting together and sending an invoice only takes a few clicks which works really well for handling smaller business payments. On top of that, the buyer and seller protection policies add a strong sense of security when making transactions online.
Cons
Customer service can be a weak spot. Replies are sometimes slow and getting an issue fully resolved may take longer than expected. It can also be difficult to reach direct human support when it's needed. The transaction and currency conversion charges can feel expensive especially if you use it often or deal with smaller payments. There are also occasional bugs such as delayed notifications or login problems, that interrupt the experience. Refund handling is not always consistent either-some refunds go through quickly, while others can take several days which gets frustrating. Invoice and dashboard customization is also fairly limited compared with more advanced platforms.

“powerful security features”
Pros
PayPal makes sending and receiving money really simple and because it's accepted almost everywhere, transactions feel smooth across countries and currencies. I especially appreciate the solid security features and the buyer and seller protection since they add a strong sense of trust when handling business online. It also works well with a lot of other tools and websites so it's a dependable option for both personal use and professional payments.
Cons
The fees can feel pretty expensive especially when it comes to international transactions and currency conversion. There are also times when accounts get limited or funds are placed on hold without clear or prompt communication which can be frustrating to deal with. On top of that, customer support tends to be slow when the issue is more complex.

“protects your card details”
Pros
It is one of the best ways to buy from websites you do not fully trust since it helps protect your bank account and card details from being exposed.
Cons
An issue that comes up at times is the login process not working correctly when the purchase flow redirects you to the app during an online checkout.

“Paypal works almost everywhere”
Pros
Its great how widely accepted and well integrated it is. Nearly every e-commerce platform or freelance marketplace connects with it right away. On the business side, the invoicing feature is especially useful, it has a clean layout, handles tax calculations automatically and presents a polished, professional look for higher-end clients.
Cons
Where it gets frustrating is the fees and the way funds can be held. The cut taken from international payments, along with the currency conversion markup, can reduce profit margins quite a bit. On top of that, the habit of freezing accounts or holding money for up to 21 days when there's a sudden increase in activity can create a serious problem for small businesses.

“most customers already use it”
Pros
Since most customers already have a PayPal account, it makes checkout really convenient. It feels safe, secure and simple to use every time someone makes a purchase.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. The Pay in 4 option is a big plus because it gives clients access to 0% interest payments. It's also flexible since you can accept payment through a link, a swipe reader or simply with an email account.

“can be better”
Pros
Sending and receiving money across countries is pretty simple. It's accepted by a lot of platforms and connects with many online stores which makes paying and getting paid very convenient.
Cons
Accounts can get blocked without any warning, leaving you unable to access your own money. Also customer support isn't very helpful and the identity verification steps feel more complicated than they need to be.

“Does a fine job”
Pros
Using it has been a really dependable experience for me. It's accepted almost everywhere so sending or receiving money never feels like a hassle or something I need to second-guess. Payments go through fast, the layout is simple enough to handle and it consistently does what it's supposed to do without problems. It also gives me a strong sense of security which matters a lot when handling money online.
Cons
The part that bothers me most is the fees because they can build up fast if you use the service regularly. It can also feel somewhat limiting at times especially with fund holds or account restrictions that aren't always explained very clearly. On top of that, the interface can feel a little awkward when trying to track down certain transactions or account settings. It gets the job done overall but it isn't always the clearest or most flexible platform to work with.

“Poor fraud protection”
Pros
Paying online for purchases, goods and services only takes a few clicks which does make things simpler. The click-to-pay process is simple.
Cons
Protection against fraudulent sellers is basically useless. Despite PayPal claiming you are covered, it did not protect me from scam sellers at all. Compared with using a credit card, it feels completely rubbish.

“Supports multiple currencies”
Pros
Setting it up takes very little effort and it works well for sending and receiving payments worldwide. Since I freelance, the instant invoicing feature saves me a lot of time and having support for multiple currencies is a big plus. The mobile app runs well and payments usually go through quickly.
Cons
Fees can get pretty expensive especially when dealing with international transfers. Support is also slow to respond and there are times when accounts get held or frozen without a clear reason which is really frustrating when your work depends on being paid on time.

“effective solution for freelancers and online sellers”
Pros
It's biggest advantage for me is how fast payments come through and how much trust the brand already carries. A lot of customers are familiar with it and that recognition can really help boost checkout conversions. Being able to get paid quickly without having to handle card details directly also makes day-to-day operations simpler for freelancers, online sellers and service-based businesses.
Cons
the fees can add up quickly especially when margins are tight or when dealing with international payments. On top of that, account limitations, disputes or reserve holds can cause real friction when cash flow timing matters.

“Top-tier customer support and usability”
Pros
Customer support, usability, invoicing and customization have been some of the strongest parts of this software for our team. Those are easily among the best features it offers us.
Cons
The processing and transaction fees are on the expensive side and there are times when security feels a bit concerning. Still, when it comes to business transactions, we personally have not run into any actual problems overall.
