It's simple to use but that's really the only positive thing I can say about it.

The transactions are far too expensive and heavily limited. Sending euros to Switzerland into a euro account? Not possible. It automatically converts everything into the local currency and then charges outrageous exchange rate fees. Receiving money through it in euros also doesn't work so people always have to send me CHF instead. Overall it feels like a terrible fee rip-off.

Right from the start, the interface feels visually appealing and it also works well with other platforms which makes it even more convenient to use.

Cons

On the downside, there's a bit too much back-and-forth in the process and the authentication takes longer than it should. Because of that, it also ends up being unavailable in some geographic regions.

There really isn't anything positive I can point to about this platform.

As a customer, I'm extremely disappointed. My card information was taken and an unauthorized payment was processed. When I contacted support, they replied saying I had approved the charges even though the date I actually used my card and the date the money was deducted were completely different. I would not recommend using this platform because it handled my card details in a way that felt fraudulent.

Exchanging money otherwise can be really difficult so that feature matters a lot. If I ever had to choose a payment solution again, I'd still go with this one without hesitation.

Ever since they introduced the cash card, it has become incredibly convenient to use. I can pay with the card pretty much anywhere, withdraw cash at ATMs, shop online without any hassle and choose whether to pay through my account or the cash card. They also do a really good job of keeping transactions legitimate and fair and if something goes wrong or you get scammed, they work to help you get your money back. Their customer service has been fair and fast whenever an issue comes up and the invoicing tools are another really useful feature. Overall it comes with a lot of helpful features and I'd definitely recommend it because I rely on it all the time.

Making payments online is pretty simple and it can be used for purchases across the world on all kinds of websites.

Where it really falls short is customer support for individual transactions. They did not investigate the dispute at all and seemed to favor the seller instead of actually helping. It almost feels like they prioritize business relationships because they are such a large international payment provider. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it to individuals buying personal items like smartphones since I was very dissatisfied with how everything was handled.
