Using this app has been a good experience for me. The customer support is excellent and the overall experience with it feels pleasant and reliable.

Cons

At times it gets a bit slow while I'm making a transaction and it also takes up quite a lot of storage space on my device.

Every now and then, it flags me as a robot and won't let me log in.

Right from my first purchase with it, I've felt secure using it. More than once, it has helped sort out issues between me, the buyer and an online seller. The process for claiming money back is excellent and handled in a fair way.

Honestly I don't see any real downsides to using it. If I had to mention the one thing I dislike most, it's not actually about PayPal itself but how inconvenient it is when online stores don't support PayPal transactions. For me, that's enough reason not to buy from that store.

Pretty much everyone recognizes and trusts it as a payment processor. Whether you're buying or selling, seeing it at checkout gives you confidence that the online payment process is legitimate and reliable.

From the buyer side, it feels flawless. On the seller side, it can lean a bit too heavily in favor of the customer but that's a trade-off I'm still willing to accept.

At times it asks for too much personal information during verification and the login process always involves multiple security checks. That part feels a bit overcomplicated and could definitely be simplified.

Seller fees are fairly expensive and there are times when the mobile app feels a bit limited compared with the full desktop version.
