Being able to send and receive payments without hassle while keeping my account well protected is what I value most about PayPal. That added security gives me more confidence to manage and grow my business more comfortably.

Cons

The only thing I believe needs attention is that the platform still does not allow every bank account to be linked.

PayPal has been a really solid payment platform for me. It's simple to use, doesn't cost anything to get started and it works across so many countries. I also appreciate that it's available even in parts of Africa which makes it accessible to a much wider range of users.

Cons

The biggest frustration is that some payments get charged twice which is a serious issue. On top of that, customer support hasn't been responsive when trying to get that problem resolved.

The only part I don't really love is that like with most payment services, I still run into certain fees when people send me money.

It has been simple to use. It's secure, works on a wide range of trading platforms and handling transactions through it is much more comfortable and hassle-free than with similar payment options.

One thing that still needs improvement is the fees and taxes on certain transactions which should be lower. It would also help to have a direct customer service phone number and users should be allowed to add a backup email address in case they run into issues with their primary one.

My card information has been stolen a couple of times although that may have been caused by the vendor rather than PayPal itself.
