“poor video quality and unfair billing”

Honestly, there wasn't anything positive to point to. The videos came through in low resolution and made us look unprofessional and cheap to clients.

Cons

We paid for an annual subscription but after a few months it was clear the product wasn't the right fit for us. They refused to give any refund at all. We ended up not using it for the next six months and then when the one year mark came around, they automatically renewed it on my credit card. I called right away to cancel and explained that we hadn't even used the product in half a year. I asked them to check their records but their response was basically "too bad" and they still would not reverse the charge. The customer service was terrible and the whole situation felt incredibly dishonest.

“video emails that boost outreach”

Pros

Sending a video in an email is really quick and easy and this software has become a key part of how I reach out to clients. Being able to track the stats like how often my emails get opened and how many times the videos are watched, is something I really value.

Cons

A small annoyance is that whenever I log in, it opens a new window. I'm not sure if that's just a browser issue on my end but it didn't used to happen before.

“Not a good experience”

Pros

It does let you send videos through email which is the core feature I signed up for.

Cons

Right after buying the subscription, I realized the camera on my computer was broken so I canceled within minutes. Even with that, they still insisted on charging me for the full month. Their response was basically too bad, go buy another camera. Now I'm stuck paying for a monthly subscription I can't even use, on top of either replacing my camera or paying to repair it. I would have gladly come back once my camera was working again but not after this. I'll be telling my coworkers not to use them. Hope that $42 was worth losing a long term customer.
