“rigid setup and unhelpful support”

It does offer the ability to create multiple budgets including sales budgets which was one of the features we needed.
Cons
A big frustration was how limited the customization was and even after setting up a custom format, it didn't carry over to other budgets. It also missed a key function by not letting us properly compare actuals against the budget. On top of that, customer support wasn't willing to really help and just pointed us to documentation that wasn't useful, while acting as if we hadn't already tried that first.

“forecasting that really works”
Pros
Generating forecasts is pretty easy with this software. The interface feels a bit dated at first but once you understand how the system is set up, it becomes simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Something to watch out for is the non refundable auto renewal. We had decided to stop using the software but the subscription renewed automatically anyway. Since there's no refund policy, we ended up stuck paying for a contract we no longer wanted.

Pros
Once you get comfortable with the solution, it lets you build complete five year financial forecasts in just 2 to 3 hours. The QuickBooks Online interface is also solid and reliable.
Cons
It does take some time to really learn how to use the solution properly but the power it offers makes that effort worthwhile.
