Keeping my clients and database in Cloze has made staying organized much easier! The platform feels user friendly and easy and their support team is quick to respond and actually helpful. One feature I really appreciate is the reminder to reach out to people who might otherwise slip my mind. Getting started was fast and I didn't need any custom onboarding to begin using it. The initial setup was simple since I could just follow the steps laid out on my agenda. I'd definitely recommend this software because it helps my team collaborate well, builds confidence with strong privacy policies and fits nicely alongside tools I already use like Skyslope and Canva :)

Fits into my workflow really well and feels very easy to use. One thing that's especially helpful is being able to pull up a single contact and instantly see the full history tied to that person, including emails, files and other details, without having to dig through different sources. Getting started was also very simple and the setup went smoothly without any problems.
Cons
At times, the app refreshes more frequently than I'd prefer and new information from connected third-party services can take longer to appear than I'd like especially when Yahoo is involved.
