One of the best parts of this software is being able to collect signatures right from a mobile device. That makes the whole process far more efficient than mailing documents out or arranging an in-person meeting just to get something signed. It saves businesses a significan't amount of time and money.

One thing that has made a real difference is It's alert and notification system. It's genuinely practical and simple to configure and it improves productivity in subtle but meaningful ways. We no longer need to copy an administrative assistant on every contract email thread just to keep things moving. During our shift to remote work, It also made process and transaction approvals much less of a burden than we had expected.

Cons

A few people on our team have mentioned that it's frustrating to restart the signing process when someone edits a document after signatures have already been collected and they've suggested some kind of post-edit consent option. Personally though, I see the current process as essential for protecting document integrity and legal validity so I really don't have any complaints.

Using this application feels very simple and that is easily its biggest advantage. The mobile app makes a huge difference because it lets you collect signatures while you're away from your desk. I also appreciate the option to set signatures in a specific sequence so people sign one after another instead of everyone signing at the same time. The audit trail is another really helpful feature since it records the date and time whenever needed. It turned out to be an especially valuable tool during the uncertainty of the pandemic. A lot of mortgage companies rely on it as well which makes it even more practical when you need signatures without running all over the place.

In my experience, using it has been simple and the workflow setup is very user-friendly. The autofill feature is a really nice touch and helps save time.

Cons

There's no option to actually edit PDFs, only to add fillable fields. I'd also like better visibility in the reporting. Also, I had a support issue that dragged on much longer than it should have and it took far too long to get resolved.

One thing that stands out to me is that this software does exactly what it is supposed to do: collect eSignatures from anyone who needs to sign documents for professional or legal purposes. I really appreciate not having to travel to the signer anymore. Instead, I can just email the document and the person receives it, opens the file, confirms they understand it and signs electronically. The whole workflow is organized and simple so it doesn't take long to get comfortable with it. I'd absolutely give it five stars for both the value of the service and the pricing.

Even after looking at the service from every angle, I genuinely can't come up with any negatives. It's simple to use, the pricing feels very reasonable and everyone I've sent signature requests to through this platform has always been able to figure out the process without any trouble.

Since the pandemic, the way we send, sign and authorize documents has really changed. This app makes it possible to handle all of that digitally in one place, without needing to print anything or be physically present where the document has to be delivered.

Because the signature is done with your finger, it may not look completely accurate at first. Still, you can keep practicing until it closely matches the signature on your ID.

Navigating this software felt very simple. Even though I'm familiar with information systems, I still think people who aren't very tech-savvy would have no trouble using it. With everything that happened last year, I honestly don't think I could have bought my first home without It.

Nothing really felt missing to me. I was able to use it without any issues on my iPad, as well as on both my Android tablet and phone.

Feels like the go-to standard for electronic signatures and it's clear why. It's a powerful platform that connects well with a lot of other software, including Salesforce and Gmail which makes it really practical in day-to-day work. Sending documents out for signature is simple and the mobile app adds a lot of flexibility and convenience when handling things on the go.

Cons

Only issue I ran into was quite a while back during a Salesforce integration. That said It's developers and support reps stepped in and helped resolve it.

Across all of our contracts and any other documents that need signatures, we rely on It. It's very simple to use and since it's basically the industry standard, recipients never question or push back on documents signed through it. Setup was simple and day-to-day use is just as uncomplicated.

There really isn't much for us to complain about because it handles its job well. I can understand why some people might see the pricing as a little high even if we personally don't think it's unreasonable. There are probably cheaper alternatives available but they may not come with the same broad recognition and acceptance that It has.

Using it has been completely hassle-free. I love that I can send documents by email and everyone can just sign them without any trouble. It works exactly as expected and I haven't run into any issues at all.
