Pros

One thing I really enjoy about It is that it keeps documents stored and organized on file. It also lets you create your own personal signature and initials which makes signing forms feel quick and convenient. Everything runs very well and it's reassuring to use something that's already trusted by major businesses.

Cons

Haven't run into any downsides while using It.

Pros

Using it has been really helpful for handling contracts because the template feature saves a lot of time and the reminders help keep everything on track. It supports digital signatures, makes signing contracts much more convenient and helps manage both the documents and their timelines. There's no need to print anything anymore since contracts can be signed digitally and sent back to clients right away. The whole signing process feels much faster, more secure and document sharing is simple too.

Cons

It hasn't really created any major problems but it can feel a bit expensive compared to other similar tools. There are also times when it becomes a little slow although it still does a good job overall when it comes to managing documents and contracts.

Handling audits for every account and approving them is really simple with this software.

At this point, I don't have any complaints and we use it every day.

Being able to create templates, come back to them later, make edits or resend them when needed has been incredibly useful. That feature saves us a lot of time, helps keep productivity up and reduces delays caused by admin work.

The pricing structure feels too layered and not very simple about what is included in each option.

Using this software has been a really positive experience. The interface is fantastic and signing documents electronically is much simpler with it than with other products on the market.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, It was a huge help when in-person signing really wasn't possible. It was simple to use, simple to explain to everyone involved and made it easy to send, sign and receive documents quickly while still staying compliant with legal requirements.

I honestly don't have any complaints. I really enjoy using this software and I'm glad we're able to keep relying on it for document signing going forward.

Using it is very simple. A lot of other e-signing platforms tend to have little quirks and a learning curve before they start feeling comfortable.

Pros

It feels flexible and user-friendly. It helps organizations send contracts out for signature quickly, with a signing workflow that keeps signatures organized and makes sure copies are shared to the correct place.

Cons

Only downside I've run into with It is setting contract expiration. It would really help to have a preview of the exact expiration date and time so the sender can match it properly to the contract terms. Right now, I have to count the days manually, subtract one and just hope the expiration date ends up being right.

With so many digital signature platforms available, I can't really say whether It is the absolute best. What I can say is that it has worked really well for our company. Our clients are able to sign important documents without hassle and move on with the rest of their day.

Cons

Its setup at the beginning took some effort and getting our staff trained wasn't instant either. Once we got past that stage though, everything started running very smoothly.

Using it, we had every new user sign the partnership agreement online rather than on paper which made the whole process quicker and much simpler to handle.

Seems somewhat overpriced for what it delivers especially when you compare it with competitors that provide more features at the same price or even less.

Sending, signing and approving documents with It feels like one of the quickest and safest options available, no matter where you are. If you're new to the platform, you can either choose a pre-made signature or create your own which makes getting started pretty convenient. The mobile app is also really handy and organized especially when you need to complete electronic signatures while you're out and about.

Cons

At this point, I really haven't run into any downsides with It. It feels like the industry benchmark to me and I can easily see it becoming the standard way everyone handles document signing over the next couple of years.

Pros

It is the tool I count on when important documents need to be completed correctly. I regularly send hospital and medical paperwork to leadership and it's quick to set everything up with signatures placed in the right spots. Adding recipients is simple which really helps move the process along faster. I'm also able to monitor each signer's status through the website and with email notifications. The reminder feature is helpful too, whether I let the system send them or do it myself. It's convenient to review documents directly in the platform and save them as PDFs for recordkeeping. I also use it plenty outside of work for personal paperwork, including real estate documents. Even with long files, it's simple to read through everything, scroll without losing track and clearly see where to sign or initial. If something gets missed, it brings you back so nothing is submitted incomplete. Having multiple people sign at the same time is a huge plus and I've never run into any errors with that feature.

Cons

I had a little difficulty figuring out how to set the signing order so that part could be made clearer by the developers. It seems like it would be especially hard to remember for anyone who doesn't use the platform very often.

Everything about it feels simple and practical. It keeps documents and multiple signatures well organized and the reminder feature is simple to manage. Customer support is incredibly quick and helpful and overall the system is very easy to work with.

The only minor issue I've run into is that some clients struggle to locate their authentication code. Even then, the process is simple enough that I can usually guide them through it in just a few seconds.

It is clearly the best-known digital signature platform and most clients recognize the format right away. Our IT team also doesn't run into many problems when working with the template library. Once everything is configured correctly, the platform usually works without any major issues.

Cons

Interface isn't very friendly and that creates some challenges. Our IT department has a hard time navigating the admin tools and sometimes struggles to understand the issues users are reporting. Because of that, users often reach out to It support before contacting our internal IT team. On the plus side, It's support is very helpful and the wait times are usually short.

This tool has completely cut out the paper and fax back-and-forth for us. It handles every step of the process, from preparing and sending documents to signing and managing them afterward. It also removes the need for transportation hassles which saves a lot of time during transactions. Also, it helps reduce costs and keeps clients satisfied.

The biggest downside is the price. I really think the pricing could be reviewed and made more affordable.

One of the biggest strengths of It is how essential it is for managing required and sensitive documents that need signatures. The platform is simple to navigate and it adds a lot of convenience by helping representatives make sure client paperwork gets completed accurately and on time.
