“Quick results”
Pros
Sending documents out for signature is very simple and because it's so simple for people to use, they usually send them back much faster than expected.
Cons
The pricing feels pretty high and that's making me question whether I should keep using it. If I come across another option with the features I need at a better price, I'd probably switch.

“Reminders work great”
Pros
Getting signatures from multiple people on any document is where It really delivers. I can send out invites in just a few clicks and the platform also sends timely reminders to everyone who still has a signature pending which helps keep things moving.
Cons
Once the number of documents starts piling up, keeping everything organized becomes a bit difficult especially when it comes to storage and quickly finding the exact file I need. The editing option also feels fairly limited and old-fashioned since I have to click the text box each time and drag it to the spot where I want to make changes.

“Good tool”
Pros
What a time-saver! Instead of mailing contracts or scanning signed paper copies into PDFs, I can just upload the document straight into It and mark exactly where signatures are required. It also helps keep things moving by automatically sending reminder emails when recipients take too long to respond. I absolutely love using It.
Cons
I can't think of anything I dislike about It. It saves our team a huge amount of time and our customers appreciate it too because they don't have to print contracts and sign them by hand anymore.

“Had a positive experience”
Pros
It has really helped our company keep things running remotely during the pandemic without disruption. We rely on it to handle wires and ACH processing and it has made that workflow much more manageable from a distance.
Cons
My only real concern is that envelopes sometimes aren't set up correctly. A more organized and flexible way to create envelopes would probably help reduce those issues.

“candidate tracking is fantastic”
Pros
Searching for candidate documents and checking where they are in the completion process is really simple. It's also really helpful that duplicate documents can be voided out when needed.
Cons
One thing that comes up pretty often is candidates getting confused about how to save their progress. They also tend to ask for their authentication code or end up creating multiple envelopes even though those can be voided later. I just wish the process were a bit clearer for first- or second-time users.

“reliable signing every time”
Pros
Any time I need a document signed, whether it's just me or other people involved, It is one of the first tools I turn to. The software is simple, user-friendly and gets the job done without any hassle.
Cons
honestly I don't have any negative feedback about It. It has consistently met my expectations since I first started using it years ago and it's been incredibly dependable the whole time.

“electronic signatures save time”
Pros
Printing stacks of paperwork just to get signatures feels outdated now. Using electronic signatures is clearly the better option and saves a lot of time.
Cons
One issue is that the search feature is not always accurate. At times, searching by just a first or last name works better than entering the full name.

“My experience was good overall”
Pros
It has made a big difference for our company when it comes to getting applican't forms and full lease documents signed. People no longer have to come into the office every single time we need a signature which is much more convenient for everyone. They can review and sign documents whenever it works for them, whether they are at home or out somewhere. It is also really helpful being able to track the status of each document, see whether everyone has signed and know exactly which person we are still waiting on. The customization options are useful too even though they can sometimes take a bit of effort to understand.
Cons
Setting up documents so someone can only sign in one specific place and complete the remaining fields afterward can be tricky. Getting the customization to work exactly the way we need often takes extra time and it is not always very Adaptive. That part of the platform can feel less user friendly unless you are already pretty comfortable with computers and different applications. Storage has also been an issue for us. Since our business sends out a high volume of documents, we run out of space fairly quickly and having to sort through and delete older files to free up room becomes another time-consuming task.

“a great tool”
Pros
One of the best parts of It is being able to build templates for collecting signatures from multiple people. It does take a bit of practice to get everything set up and used well but users can usually get comfortable with it pretty quickly and start getting the full value out of the platform.
Cons
Getting It integrated was fairly simple and overall it stands above other products in this space. The biggest obstacle for most users is the price. If your budget allows for it though, It can really boost team productivity and make the whole signing process more organized for everyone.

“Satisfied with it”
Pros
Every year, my husband and I use It to sign our lease and it's been incredibly convenient. Instead of everyone having to meet up and sign in person at the same time, we can handle it quickly and much more easily from wherever we are.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with It at all. It's consistently been a fast and convenient way to sign documents.

“CRM-friendly signing boost”
Pros
After a quick 15-minute tutorial, It was already simple to work with and it fits right alongside our CRM perfectly. Without it, we'd probably be spending at least twice as much time tracking down customers just to get real signatures on paper.
Cons
honestly there isn't anything specific that bothers me about It. I'm sure it will keep getting better as new features are added but at this point I don't really have anything on my wish list.

“trusted signing with peace of mind”
Pros
Any time a document comes through It for signature, it feels secure, verified and simple to complete. When I need to send something out for signatures myself, I want to offer people that same sense of trust, security and confidence throughout the process.
Cons
The only possible downside is the price especially for a team like ours that may only need signatures once a month. Still, I can see how the cost would feel much more reasonable for businesses using it every week or every day.

Pros
Handling new-hire employment paperwork with It has been really simple. It's simple to work with and saves both me and the new employee a lot of time.
Cons
It definitely made the process simple and cut down on time but the features I relied on most can also be found in lower-cost alternatives like DocHub.

Pros
Being able to track everything and set reminders until a document is signed and sent back has been really helpful. I also appreciate how simple it is to view the complete list of what I have out there.
Cons

Pros
Bringing a PDF or Word document into the software is really simple. The features don't take long to learn and it's just as simple to show other people how to use them too.
Cons

Pros
It feels like the most trusted e-signature platform out there. It's very simple to use for both admins and people signing documents which makes the whole process quick and hassle-free.

“useful for documents”
Pros
It works well for sending documents electronically especially things like contracts, quotes and sales orders. From an end-user perspective, it's fairly simple to use and it offers strong customization options that let it fit our business needs well.
Cons
That said the Salesforce integration falls short in a few areas particularly around syncing user permissions. We regularly run into problems when provisioning users because It doesn't always sync them correctly or it assigns the wrong API username which then creates access issues. Also, it feels pretty unreasonable that there's no simple way to view how many licenses are available without having to ask an account executive.
