Working remotely is much more manageable with this tool. It makes it simple to send official documents to several people, get them signed and dated properly and keep copies stored for later use.

Cons

The signature choices are somewhat limited and saving partway through the process can be a bit awkward.

Coming from a pencil-and-paper way of running my business, moving into the tech world has been more difficult than I expected and this really helps make that transition much more manageable.

When Covid-19 hit, our construction company took a major hit because every contract used to be signed in person at the customer's home. Moving over to an e-signing process helped us adapt quickly and completely cut out the need for face-to-face meetings.

Cons

There's nothing to complain about. It works really well for every type of user and even people who aren't comfortable with computers have been able to use it for signing without trouble.

Pros

After using several e-signature platforms during real estate purchases, this one has been the most user-friendly by far and offers the widest range of features.

Cons

I honestly have no complaints. It's simple to use even without being logged in, works well from a mobile browser and the dashboard does a good job of organizing completed documents with a helpful search feature.

“Great tool”

Pros

Switching to this has saved us a lot of time and honestly feels essential for any business. I can't imagine going back to paper and ink signatures with all the extra follow-up and filing that comes with it. It is quick to set up, incredibly simple to use and laid out in a way that keeps everything organized and efficient. We rely on it several times each week. Another big plus is that people don't need to create an account which makes the process user-friendly for everyone involved. It's awesome.

Cons

Don't have any complaints about it. There honestly isn't even a "least favorite" part I could point to. If you're unsure, the free trial is definitely worth trying.

“Made remote signing easier”

Pros

Getting documents signed with It only takes around five seconds from start to finish. Even longer paperwork, like loan documents, is still simple to work through and the identity verification tools make the whole process feel very secure and reliable. Being able to sign that quickly from a phone is a huge plus too.

Cons

honestly there's very little I'd change. The only reason our company uses another option is because it comes bundled with a product suite we already pay for but if we ever had to make a change, It is the platform we'd go with.

“Liked using it”

Pros

It's a simple digital signing solution and with remote work being such a big part of business now, it helps keep things moving by letting documents be legally signed from anywhere.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind on the downside. The only issue has been with some apps that connect to it since they don't always support every field properly, such as Job Adder.

“custom templates that fit perfectly”

Pros

Being able to build templates around exactly what our property needs has been a huge plus. We can edit them as needed and customize the signature blanks for each document we send which is a really valuable feature that not every e-sign platform offers.

Cons

One thing that would really help is adding a "sign all" button within an individual document. We send leases with anywhere from 10 to 50 blanks so having that feature would make the process much faster and a lot more convenient.

“Integrations really work”

Pros

Connecting it with other tools like Salesforce has been really useful and takes a lot of hassle out of my workflow. Digital contract approvals also save me a good amount of time compared to chasing manual signatures.

Cons

It can feel a bit hard to navigate when you're just getting started and the pricing is a little on the expensive side.

Pros

After struggling for a week to download Adobe and get these time-sensitive papers signed, this site was a huge relief. I'd used Adobe before and don't remember it being this frustrating but now it feels overloaded with extra services and separate apps for what should be one simple job. Then I came across It and the whole thing was finished in less than ten minutes. My document was signed and emailed back right away. After spending all week fumbling with it, being done in minutes felt incredible. The free trial is actually a real free trial too, with no credit card required which I really appreciated. You can upload your document, use text boxes to enter information, save your signature and reuse that saved signature whenever you need it. Once the document is ready, you can enter the recipient's email right there and send it off. The whole site is incredibly user friendly.

Cons

No complaints. It's by far the simplest site I've used for signing papers and sending them back to the right person.

Handling a large volume of documents is much more manageable with It. It makes sending, signing and receiving documents feel effortless and convenient.

Cons

The filing system and bulk download options still need some work. After testing them a bit, it seems I'm limited to downloading documents one at a time.

Pros

Instead of having someone drive across town just to sign important paperwork, customers can now take care of it from home or right at their office using a phone or computer. The whole process only takes a few minutes, depending on how quickly they read and they can sign legal documents with just their finger. It's a win-win for both the business and the customer.

Like I mentioned earlier, the authentication step can occasionally have issues but it doesn't happen often.

It is part of our daily routine and it has been incredibly simple for both our team and our customers to use. honestly it's one of the best tools we rely on.

I really don't have any complaints about It. We haven't run into any issues with the platform or when using it with our customers.

Pros

This tool is something I've relied on both personally and at work for years. It makes signing contracts and other documents really convenient especially when another person needs to sign too. Whether they're right beside me, at home or on the other side of the world, I can send it out and get it signed quickly without any hassle. It's also useful for completing forms and managing countersignatures within the platform.

Cons

At times, setting the exact spot where someone needs to sign can be a bit tricky from a technical standpoint especially when using a mobile device. Other than that, the platform is very user-friendly and simple to work with.

“Fantastic software”

Pros

Running this as a business account has been really helpful because I'm able to see documents owned by other people on the team even when those employees have already left the company and we still need access to their files.

Cons

One limitation though, is exporting documents from accounts belonging to former employees. I was told by It that there isn't any option to bulk export everything so the only workaround is downloading hundreds of documents one by one which just isn't practical.

“Clear tracking”

Pros

Getting started with It didn't take much time at all. It has really sped up how quickly clients sign contracts which has made the whole process more efficient. Being able to see when clients open the documents, along with getting notified as soon as they sign, is extremely helpful.

Cons

We really don't have any complaints about It. The only thing I can't comment on is the template feature since we haven't used it and can't speak to how simple it is to work with.
