“perfect fit for online business”

Pros

Running an online business today, It just feels like an obvious choice. It makes a lot of sense for anyone working digitally especially in the current climate.

Cons

At this point, I honestly haven't come across any feature that bothers me enough to complain about. Everything in It feels well planned and thoughtfully designed.

“Simple inteface”

Pros

Handling documents with several signers has been one of the best parts of using It. Before this, working in Adobe Suite was honestly a headache. Now I can quickly mark exactly where each person needs to sign and It moves us straight to the next signature field without any confusion. Even from the signer's side, it's very simple to sign and date whatever needs to be completed.

Cons

The one improvement I'd still like to see is more variety in signature style customization. It's not a major issue at all but I do think having more options there would make the overall experience feel a bit nicer.

“fantastic signing on the go”

Pros

Signing documents with It has been really convenient and I especially appreciate being able to see right away whether someone has completed their signature or not. The multi-party signing feature is also a big plus since it lets several people sign the same document without wasting time. Also, the pricing feels fair and offering a free trial is a smart way for people to test the functionality and see if it fits their needs. Being able to use the mobile app to sign documents while away from the office makes it even more useful.

Cons

honestly I do not have much negative feedback about It. Our company has been very satisfied with it overall.

“I'mpressed with it”

Pros

It has been the best electronic signature platform I've used. It works quickly, stays accurate and the way it handles communication and the overall process feels precise and dependable.

Cons

I haven't run into any downsides with this software in my experience.

“I like the results”

Pros

Turning a paper document into an interactive digital one can be tricky but this platform handles it really well. The whole workflow is simple, the features fit together naturally and it reliably does exactly what you need without creating extra hassle.

Cons

The only problems I've run into aren't really with the software itself. Emails about completed documents and other It notifications sometimes end up in my spam folder even after being whitelisted. I've also noticed that certain documents don't always display properly on mobile though that seems more related to the specific device or browser being used.

“flexible templates and customization”

Pros

Using it feels very simple and being able to build my own templates, then add or update items on documents whenever needed, is a big plus. There's also a lot of customization available which makes it work well for different document needs.

Cons

One thing I'd like to see improved is signer identity verification. Right now, the only requirement is an email address but it would be better to have an added layer of security. For example, a two-factor verification step when opening the document, such as requiring a phone number, would make the process more secure.

“reliable audit trail features”

Pros

The audit trail, document version control and electronic signature tools have been really valuable and work well for managing records properly.

Cons

A downside is that it doesn't integrate with our current business processes and existing applications which makes adoption more difficult.

“familiar and simple to use”

Pros

Using it feels simple and it helps that most people already know how it works.

Cons

There are times when I forget to save what I'm working on and if I switch to another tab, the document sometimes appears to clear the form.

“dependable signatures and smart storage”

Pros

DocuSoft has been a very reliable and user-friendly solution for us. With everything moving toward paperless workflows these days, having a trustworthy platform for verified signatures makes a big difference. Once we connected it with Google Dropbox, It became even more powerful and packed with useful features. Our signed files are now saved automatically which has cut down the time we used to spend handling documents manually. Another reason it stands out is how widely trusted It is across companies and the fact that it can also be used for medical paperwork makes it even more valuable. It has honestly been a huge time-saver.

Cons

One issue is that It does not work well with certain browsers. When I was signing and moving to the next signature field in browsers like Yandex, I started running into problems with the signature process. I also wish there were an option to go back and edit documents after I had already sent them out.

“signing and arrows work wonderfully”

Pros

Being able to mark points with arrows, add initials and sign documents without hassle is something I really appreciate. Since it stores my information, I can quickly carry over my signature, address, initials and dates into the documents I'm working on. It also converts files into PDF or .docx without making the process a headache.

Cons

On my phone, it's frustrating that I have to keep rotating the screen whenever I need to sign. The display feels overly sensitive too. I'd also prefer larger document text because if I tap the wrong spot and don't have a stylus handy, I can't quickly fix it. After a few mistakes, having to start all over becomes pretty irritating.

“time-saving digital signatures”

Pros

I can collect my clients' signatures without meeting them in person and this has given me a lot more flexibility. It saves a significan't amount of time and makes the whole signing process much more convenient.

Cons

Some of my clients have mentioned that It can be a bit difficult to use especially when they need to create a It account for multiple entities at the same time. They also feel that the mobile experience is not very good.

“contracts out in minutes”

Pros

Sending contracts and agreements only takes a few minutes which has been a huge help. My customers can open them, sign them and send them back without any hassle. It cuts out all the printing, scanning and faxing that used to waste so much unnecessary time.

Cons

Nothing about It that we dislike. It has simply made our work so much easier overall.

“Had a wonderful experience”

Pros

It been a huge time-saver for us. I can send a document out for signature to everyone involved at once and usually get the completed contracts back very quickly. It's also a very flexible tool since it lets users fill out forms and other documents in addition to signing them.

Cons

At times, saving the signed version can be tricky and I end up with the original document instead.

“fast document sending and updates”

Pros

Getting documents ready and sent through It is very simple and the regular notifications make it really helpful to stay on top of each document's progress. The quick turnaround when preparing and sending files is definitely one of its biggest advantages.

Cons

I feel it does feel a little expensive although not outrageously so. Customer support is only average. I ran into a problem where my logo appeared far too large in the emails sent with documents and while their team responded and said it needed to be resized to fit their guidelines, they didn't offer any real guidance on how to actually fix it. The API integration is also quite expensive.

Work feels so much less stressful with this software. It's honestly amazing and I wouldn't want to trade it for anything.

“saves a lot of our time!!”

Pros

Setting up a template was really simple and adding signature spots along with custom fields like dates and other details on the document was simple to do. Once we connected it with Zapier and WooCommerce for people buying a class and needing to sign paperwork, it ended up saving a huge amount of time and made the whole process much quicker to complete.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the pricing. It feels a bit expensive compared with some of the other options out there.

“fast contract turnaround”

Pros

Its a good tool, getting contracts returned quickly has been a huge benefit. Another big plus is being able to pull up agreements from the very beginning when we first started receiving them. If there's ever any question about a contract or whether it's legitimate, it also logs the IP address from where it was signed.

Cons

There really aren't many shortcomings here. For the tasks it's designed to handle, it performs exactly as needed.

“remote signing is a big win”

Pros

Being able to sign important documents without having to be there in person is the biggest benefit of this software. That matters a lot when you're closing a deal with someone who isn't nearby since you can still get the contract signed without needing to meet face to face.

Cons

It can benefit from additional verification methods integrated into it.

“You can sign from anywhere”

Pros

Working as a Realtor, I need clients to sign documents every single day. Providing a fast, efficient and secure way to handle signatures throughout the residential real estate process is always a top priority and It consistently comes through. It's incredibly convenient, available from almost anywhere and gives me confidence that everything is protected. The tracking and reminder features are especially helpful once signers have been assigned and having a clear paper trail and audit trail is absolutely essential for my business. It includes all of that and honestly I can't imagine managing without it.

Cons

One downside is that if you need support, it helps to be patient. Reaching customer service or technical support can sometimes be a little difficult.
