“Tracking signs helps a great deal”
Pros
Being able to draw your own signature or choose a saved one is really convenient. The document tracking is simple too which makes the whole process simple to manage.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about with this software since it handles what we need it to do.

“A practical tool”
Pros
It makes it simple to tailor documents and signature fields which helps create polished, professional-looking digital forms. The signing and sending process is also very simple for users so it's convenient on both ends.
Cons
At the moment, It didn't offer a direct out-of-the-box integration with our property management software. It took some extra time and effort on our side but we were able to work around it.

“quick signatures and efficient signing”
Pros
Populating saved signatures into a document is incredibly fast which saves me from having to manually add a signature every time that doesn't look nearly as polished. It makes reviewing the terms and conditions, adding my initials and signing everything feel very efficient.
Cons
One thing I'd still like is a cleaner way to place notes throughout the document so the sender can easily spot them on their end without overlooking them or mixing them up with the terms.

Law Practice, 500+ employees

“Wonderful tool!”
Pros
Running a nationwide virtual law firm, we need a way to get documents signed by clients no matter where they're located and this software makes that possible. It's been really helpful since our clients aren't local and we can still collect signatures without any hassle. Another big plus is that clients can sign from pretty much any device, whether that's a desktop, laptop, tablet or phone.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I can't change the sender name on the documents. Even though we use a corporate account, it always shows that I'm the one sending them. There are times when I'd prefer documents to come from the business instead of from me personally especially when I'm handling different types of correspondence.

“I recommend it”
Pros
This tool has become a regular part of how our company collects client signatures and completes forms. A lot of people already know the platform and many of them prefer using it especially with the option to sign from their smartphones. The mobile version is really useful for anyone who handles most things on their phone. In a business environment where everything moves quickly, it saves us a lot of hassle since we do not have to track clients down for signatures or mail documents out with return envelopes when deadlines are getting close. The timestamp feature also meets the requirements for our industry so it works out really well for our needs.
Cons
A few customers have told me the system can be a little confusing to navigate. They often keep clicking the next prompt which jumps them straight to the required signature spots and that sometimes makes them overlook other sections of the document where they also need to fill something in. I have also heard complaints that the mobile version is a bit harder to use. The unlimited plan is somewhat expensive although the convenience still makes it worth paying for.

“saves trips and time”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is not having to drive real estate documents around just to get signatures in person which saves both gas money and a lot of time.
Cons
The one improvement I'd really like to see is a template feature that can automatically detect where initials, dates and signatures need to go instead of having to place each field manually.

“docusign boosts contract signing”
Pros
Handling contract signatures with It has been really convenient for our team. It gives us a simple way to sign documents digitally and the Outlook plugin is especially useful when we need to sign directly through email. Overall, It has made document signing and contract-related work much more manageable for us.
Cons
Up to this point, we really haven't run into any major problems while using It. The only thing that could make it even better would be simpler integration options with third-party tools.

“Liked it overall”
Pros
Working in records management, this app has become a core part of my day-to-day work. It has really helped modernize and digitize our processes by cutting down on wet-ink signatures and paper-based paperwork. The audit trail makes it much easier to track previous actions taken on a document and the app also allows multiple people to sign or collaborate on the same document at the same time.
Cons
Overall, it has been very good though a few adjustments would make it even better. Live access to documents would be a valuable addition and real-time data access still has room for improvement.

“Simple and easy”
Pros
Whether it's contracts, leases, invoices or employment paperwork, It makes signing everything fast and convenient. It stores my actual signature and initials so I can use them again instantly with just a click. I've used It at work to complete employment documents and my customers have used it to make secure payments. I've also relied on it for signing leases and loan contracts with banks. It's very convenient and I feel confident using it because it feels secure.
Cons
honestly there wasn't anything about It that I disliked.

“flexible printing and mobility”
Pros
The mobility side has been really useful and having printer redundancy is a big plus.
Cons
One concern is signature authentication. It might be better if the system only allowed signatures that were originally signed physically within the app to be appended.

“digital signing saves production time”
Pros
As a producer, It has become a really important tool for me. I first started using it during a commercial project when we needed client testimonials and had to collect authorization signatures from everyone appearing in it. Since it wasn't possible to meet each person in person to sign paperwork, It helped us a lot. We basically just needed an iPad and everyone could sign the digital documents right there.
Cons
An issue is that not many people are familiar with it or already have it installed on their phones. It would help a lot if it were promoted more because when someone already uses It, sending documents out and getting them signed and returned is much more convenient.

“one-click signing convenience”
Pros
Getting around this software is very simple and using it feels simple from the start. Before this, signatures had to be done manually but now everything is available at the touch of a button which has made things much more convenient as a user.
Cons
honestly I do not have much negative to mention because this software has been very helpful for me and I would not really want to change anything about it.

“Had a great experience”
Pros
Being able to sign any contract or agreement digitally without sending physical paperwork to the customer saves a lot of time when getting both parties to sign. It also stores the signed document automatically in the cloud which is really useful as a backup for the digitally signed file.
Cons
A downside is that in some countries, the law does not recognize digitally signed documents as legally valid and they may still require a handwritten signature. That can become a legal issue if something goes wrong with the contract or agreement.

“No hassle signing”
Pros
Sending out stacks of contract copies and then combining the signed versions back into one is no longer something I have to deal with. It also takes the stress out of getting signatures from people who are out of town and need to sign quickly. Keeping track of which contracts were signed, who signed them and when it happened is really simple. Also, the contracts stay stored in the system which makes it convenient to pull them up later for reference when needed.
Cons
At times, positioning the boxes exactly where I want them can be a little tricky but it's usually simple enough to adjust them and get everything lined up the way I need.

“Organized documents”
Pros
From the start, It has been a very flexible and simple platform for requesting, collecting and tracking signatures. It fit into our workflow without any trouble and it has genuinely saved us a lot of time and effort.
Cons
I haven't really made use of the storage side of the software because it never felt necessary. I usually download the documents and keep backup copies on my own computer for records and archiving.
