Pros
You can sign documents from anywhere and its really convenient. The platform is very simple to use. It also helps me maintain a paperless workflow.
Cons
Depending on the site it's connected to, it can sometimes send too many reminder emails which feels excessive.

“clients sign without confusion”
Pros
The biggest advantage here is how simple the signing process feels. Our clients never have to ask how they're supposed to sign something.. they just open it, click and complete it. The mobile app has also been excellent for keeping an eye on document status whenever I'm away from my desk.
Cons
Collaboration becomes tricky after an envelope has already been sent. If a client spots even a small typo, I have to void the whole envelope and send everything again from scratch. It would be much better to have stronger redlining tools built into the platform so there's no need to download, edit and re-upload files.

Getting documents from the law firm through this app is really convenient. They can send forms over for signature and it's simple to sign them and send them right back.
Cons
I haven't come across much to dislike about this app. At this point, I really haven't found any downsides at all.

Pros
Its so much quicker now to get documents signed by the other party and it has helped move my deals to the finish line much faster.
Cons
The envelope navigation feels a little outdated and even though the language is English some of the wording still sounds slightly off for American usage. Overall, that part of the interface just feels a bit dated.

Pros
Being able to collect signatures remotely has saved us a huge amount of time and money. It plays a really important role in our business especially when it comes to permitting.
Cons
At this point, we're still very happy with everything. Since many of our clients are older some of them do get confused occasionally but it's usually fairly simple to guide them through the process.

DocuSign has been a really valuable tool for our organization. We can send contracts to clients by email and have them signed electronically which has made the whole process much more organized and efficient. Before using it, people had to come in and sign documents in person and that took a lot more time.
Cons
The pricing is a little high. That said it has saved us so much time that we see it as money well spent especially since our time is valuable.

Working as a paralegal, the biggest advantage of this tool is how fast it gets documents signed and sent back which helps keep matters moving without unnecessary holdups. It's simple for both staff and clients to use and the electronic audit trail adds an extra layer of reassurance.
Cons
A downside is the cost can be high and some clients still have trouble with the technology or miss the emails.

Cons

This tool has been a really convenient way to handle construction contract documents especially when signatures and audit tracking are needed as a project moves toward completion. It also works well for sending signed copies back and forth for review, comments and follow-up discussions.
Cons
One thing that slows the process down is how hard it is to edit anything in the document other than the signatures. If a mistake shows up, you usually have to restart the entire process which is not necessarily terrible but it definitely takes extra time.

Cons

Fits nicely into the workflow and most people understand right away how it's supposed to be used. The envelope structure also helps keep documents aligned organized and consistently structured.
Cons
Template handling still feels poorly implemented. Support for working with Microsoft Word is also lacking and I'd much rather manage my documents directly in Word and work from there.

I can track documents and send them out without any hassle with this software. Even though we use several different solutions, I keep coming back to this one over the other providers. Sharing documents, collaborating with others and keeping my workflow organized all feels much more manageable with it.
Cons
The one thing that bothers me about it is that I can't add other people as a sender. When I send a document on someone else's behalf, they keep asking me for status updates and I haven't found a way for them to check the document status themselves. That part makes the workflow more tedious than it should be.
