quick member handling

Pros

Using it feels very simple. Adding or removing people when a document needs signatures is really simple which makes the whole process convenient to manage.

Cons

What I wasn't a fan of was having to manually drag and drop each person's name onto the contract.

made work more productive

Pros

You can sign documents from anywhere and its really convenient. The platform is very simple to use. It also helps me maintain a paperless workflow.

Cons

Depending on the site it's connected to, it can sometimes send too many reminder emails which feels excessive.

clients sign without confusion

Pros

The biggest advantage here is how simple the signing process feels. Our clients never have to ask how they're supposed to sign something.. they just open it, click and complete it. The mobile app has also been excellent for keeping an eye on document status whenever I'm away from my desk.

Cons

Collaboration becomes tricky after an envelope has already been sent. If a client spots even a small typo, I have to void the whole envelope and send everything again from scratch. It would be much better to have stronger redlining tools built into the platform so there's no need to download, edit and re-upload files.

quick document signing

Pros

Getting documents from the law firm through this app is really convenient. They can send forms over for signature and it's simple to sign them and send them right back.

Cons

I haven't come across much to dislike about this app. At this point, I really haven't found any downsides at all.

Excellent product

Pros

Its so much quicker now to get documents signed by the other party and it has helped move my deals to the finish line much faster.

Cons

The envelope navigation feels a little outdated and even though the language is English some of the wording still sounds slightly off for American usage. Overall, that part of the interface just feels a bit dated.

Saves us hours

Pros

Being able to collect signatures remotely has saved us a huge amount of time and money. It plays a really important role in our business especially when it comes to permitting.

Cons

At this point, we're still very happy with everything. Since many of our clients are older some of them do get confused occasionally but it's usually fairly simple to guide them through the process.

organized e-signing

Pros

DocuSign has been a really valuable tool for our organization. We can send contracts to clients by email and have them signed electronically which has made the whole process much more organized and efficient. Before using it, people had to come in and sign documents in person and that took a lot more time.

Cons

The pricing is a little high. That said it has saved us so much time that we see it as money well spent especially since our time is valuable.

great for both staff and clients

Pros

Working as a paralegal, the biggest advantage of this tool is how fast it gets documents signed and sent back which helps keep matters moving without unnecessary holdups. It's simple for both staff and clients to use and the electronic audit trail adds an extra layer of reassurance.

Cons

A downside is the cost can be high and some clients still have trouble with the technology or miss the emails.

doesnt waste a single minute

Pros

Its so simple now... signing paperwork. And it lets you move directly to every section that needs a signature without wasting time.

Cons

The pricing is on the expensive side. After looking into it for my business bookkeeping needs, it felt like more than a small startup can comfortably afford.

Easy contract sign-offs

Pros

This tool has been a really convenient way to handle construction contract documents especially when signatures and audit tracking are needed as a project moves toward completion. It also works well for sending signed copies back and forth for review, comments and follow-up discussions.

Cons

One thing that slows the process down is how hard it is to edit anything in the document other than the signatures. If a mistake shows up, you usually have to restart the entire process which is not necessarily terrible but it definitely takes extra time.

Pros

It's very simple to use, really user-friendly and even customers can get comfortable with it quickly. Overall, it feels very convenient.

Cons

It's cost is higher than a lot of other platforms on the market and the customer support hasn't been the most helpful either.

Pros

Getting started with it felt very simple. The instructions for signing documents were clear and simple to follow and uploading documents was just as uncomplicated.

Cons

excellent software

Pros

Very convenient to use...especially for managing documents with clients who are signing contracts for new construction homes. It helps a lot when there are many pages and multiple documents that all need signatures.

Cons

My biggest frustration with it is that the customization options are limited and if there's a mistake, I have to send out a completely new envelope to fix it.

Pros

It is very simple to use and I really appreciate how it has helped us move away from wet signatures and the hassle of keeping up with physical paperwork.

Cons

fits our workflow really well

Pros

Fits nicely into the workflow and most people understand right away how it's supposed to be used. The envelope structure also helps keep documents aligned organized and consistently structured.

Cons

Template handling still feels poorly implemented. Support for working with Microsoft Word is also lacking and I'd much rather manage my documents directly in Word and work from there.

Positive experience

Pros

Using it is very convenient and simple. It really helps organize the leasing workflow and the way it works collaboratively with our leasing software makes document handling much more efficient. It's been a valuable tool for the convenience it adds to the process.

Cons

Don't have any real complaints. That said I would still like to see a mobile version for it since some older phone models tend to struggle with it.

Loved it overall

Pros

I can track documents and send them out without any hassle with this software. Even though we use several different solutions, I keep coming back to this one over the other providers. Sharing documents, collaborating with others and keeping my workflow organized all feels much more manageable with it.

Cons

The one thing that bothers me about it is that I can't add other people as a sender. When I send a document on someone else's behalf, they keep asking me for status updates and I haven't found a way for them to check the document status themselves. That part makes the workflow more tedious than it should be.

Pros

It feels very simple and being able to add templates makes it much faster to send out similar documents without starting from scratch each time.

Cons

Something that gets annoying is having to choose the signature type every single time I place a field. I can't just pick it once and drop in as many as I need.

stress-free contracts and signing

Pros

This tool makes the whole signing process really simple, both for the business owner managing documents and for clients who need to complete them. It walks people through each step clearly and points out exactly where signatures are needed. It's ideal for contracts and takes a lot of pressure out of the workflow.

Cons

I can't come up with anything I dislike about it. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and the value feels completely worth the cost.

actually delivers what it promises

Pros

Everything runs smoothly and the integration with CPQ in Salesforce lets reps stay in one system instead of constantly switching to another. It keeps the contract signing process fast and simple.

Cons

For our use case of sending contacts and handling signatories, I really do not have any complaints or dislikes. They are the market leader for a reason and offer the best software.
