This is one of my top picks and really feels like the standard everyone else is trying to match. It's the leader in the industry to the point that the brand has practically become a verb, kind of like Google.. people actually say, "Did you Docusign that?"
Cons
My only slight concern is that, like many digital products I use, newer versions sometimes try to pack in too many bells and whistles which can end up making things more complicated than necessary.

Handling client signature requests with this has been super efficient. The interface is simple to use and if something needs to be updated, changes can still be made even after the signature request has already been sent.

It's simple to use, updating documents after they've been uploaded is convenient and the dashboard is clear and well organized. It also feels like good value for the money.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the placement of the draft section since it would be more helpful if it were easier to find on the dashboard. It would also be useful to have small question mark icons next to certain terms as quick FAQs so it's clearer whether taking a specific action will send a communication to the other party.

Pros
Absolutely nothing worked in its favor. This is easily the worst service I've ever dealt with and I've used plenty of similar platforms. I'd strongly suggest going with one of their competitors instead.
Cons
it wouldn't let me log in no matter what I did. I tested it on three different browsers and it kept telling me my number was invalid. this was the worst service I've ever used.

Using it has been excellent, with clear traceability and a simple way to confirm whether someone has read and signed a document or not.
Cons
The downside is the cost when deploying it to a large number of users. Only about 10 people on our side create documents in the system but around 200 need to sign them so the pricing adds up quickly.

With this software, handling contract and NDA approvals feels much more organized thanks to the document workflows and templates. Tracking is simple and the secure storage adds a lot of confidence when managing important files.
Cons
Navigation feels cluttered and getting workflow bugs resolved through customer support can take hours which turns into a pretty frustrating hassle.

Right away, the interface feels highly attracitve. Everything has a visual element which makes each action clear and very simple to follow. It already covers everything I would want from this kind of platform. I haven't run into a situation where I thought a feature was missing since it seems to handle every part of legal document signing. The step-by-step notifications are also really helpful if you choose to enable them so you're never left wondering where things stand or who currently has the document during the signing process.
Cons
Only minor criticism I have is that I'm not a fan of the new logo. It feels a bit bland and doesn't stand out very well when I have a lot of tabs open but that's really all I can point to.

Cons
