“signing notifications are fantastic”

Pros

Very simple to send out a doc for signature and the notifications showing when someone has viewed the document are something I really appreciate.

Cons

Cant point to anything I dislike.

it has made the document signing process in our organization much faster and more convenient. We're able to collect signatures from employees without any hassle and it really helps keep things moving efficiently.

Pros

This is one of my top picks and really feels like the standard everyone else is trying to match. It's the leader in the industry to the point that the brand has practically become a verb, kind of like Google.. people actually say, "Did you Docusign that?"

Cons

My only slight concern is that, like many digital products I use, newer versions sometimes try to pack in too many bells and whistles which can end up making things more complicated than necessary.

Pros

Handling client signature requests with this has been super efficient. The interface is simple to use and if something needs to be updated, changes can still be made even after the signature request has already been sent.

Pros

It's simple to use, updating documents after they've been uploaded is convenient and the dashboard is clear and well organized. It also feels like good value for the money.

Cons

One thing that could be improved is the placement of the draft section since it would be more helpful if it were easier to find on the dashboard. It would also be useful to have small question mark icons next to certain terms as quick FAQs so it's clearer whether taking a specific action will send a communication to the other party.

Pros

Being able to send documents remotely while on the go is a big plus with it. It really helps us move the hiring process along much faster.

Cons

I don't have many complaints about it.

Pros

Absolutely nothing worked in its favor. This is easily the worst service I've ever dealt with and I've used plenty of similar platforms. I'd strongly suggest going with one of their competitors instead.

it wouldn't let me log in no matter what I did. I tested it on three different browsers and it kept telling me my number was invalid. this was the worst service I've ever used.

it makes it secure and convenient to share, store and sign documents electronically without having to deal with manual paperwork or processes.

What I dislike is how heavily it depends on an internet connection and the iOS mobile app was not compatible with my System 14.

“user-friendly navigation”

Pros

The workflow management and navigation were very user-friendly which made the platform simple for both my team and me to work with and even more importantly, for our colleagues and clients as well. Another big plus was being able to track transactions directly through the GUI.

We didn't run into any problems while using it.

Handling documents with it has been really convenient because it removes the hassle of dealing with physical paperwork. The document tracking tools also let me keep up with the status of each file without needing to do anything manually.

Everything has gone well for me using it to manage documents and contracts online and I haven't run into any issues.

Using it has been excellent, with clear traceability and a simple way to confirm whether someone has read and signed a document or not.

The downside is the cost when deploying it to a large number of users. Only about 10 people on our side create documents in the system but around 200 need to sign them so the pricing adds up quickly.

With this software, handling contract and NDA approvals feels much more organized thanks to the document workflows and templates. Tracking is simple and the secure storage adds a lot of confidence when managing important files.

Cons

Navigation feels cluttered and getting workflow bugs resolved through customer support can take hours which turns into a pretty frustrating hassle.

Pros

Right away, the interface feels highly attracitve. Everything has a visual element which makes each action clear and very simple to follow. It already covers everything I would want from this kind of platform. I haven't run into a situation where I thought a feature was missing since it seems to handle every part of legal document signing. The step-by-step notifications are also really helpful if you choose to enable them so you're never left wondering where things stand or who currently has the document during the signing process.

Cons

Only minor criticism I have is that I'm not a fan of the new logo. It feels a bit bland and doesn't stand out very well when I have a lot of tabs open but that's really all I can point to.

Onboarding new agents has been really convenient with this. With a single click, I can pull up all the information I need and collect signatures without extra steps.

Cons

Every now and then, the system has a few glitches and you have to double-check that every field is filled out correctly before it will let you move forward.

Getting started as a beginner felt very simple. The software does a good job of walking you through what you need to know so it almost explains itself and helps you use the product to its full potential.

I didn't run into anything that would make me hesitate to keep using this product in the future.

It was simple to get started with it and it connects well with most HRIS platforms. The customer support team has also been helpful and configuring the workflow management features is pretty simple.

Cons

Although it costs less than Adobe, it still feels pricey for a digital signature tool. We also ran into some issues in the test or non-production environment especially when it was tied into the HRIS.

Even for people who are new to e-signatures or haven't used the platform before, getting documents signed is quick and simple for everyone. It saves time every single time.

Didn't run into any downsides while using it. I used it for several contracts for a children's book illustrator and everything worked without any problems.

Handling our department's documents with it has been a really positive experience. It's quick to work with, simple to navigate and gets the job done effectively every time.

Something I'd change is the document access link expiring after just a few days. It would be much more convenient for people with packed schedules if the link stayed active longer.

There's no need to sign in and it takes you directly to the secure link which makes the whole process simple and convenient.

Cons

Larger documents can be hard to read through so it's easy to overlook certain points. The highlighted signature can also be distracting while going through the document.
