Pros
This tool made the whole process feel very simple and that was the part I appreciated most. It also helps with smaller tasks along the way, like scanning a document right from a mobile device.
Cons
The part I liked least was having to start paying once the free trial ended. That said it does let you create a new account.

Pros
All the trouble of getting signatures set up and completed is very simple with this. Instead of having to draw or create a signature manually, you can just click to sign which makes the whole process much more convenient.
Cons
What bothers me is that it doesn't really feel built for carefully reading the document. It comes across more like it's trying to rush you through signing instead of letting you properly review everything. The AI summary feature also feels questionable for document signing since there's no way to guarantee the summary is fully accurate or complete.

Pros
After more than a year of using it to send and receive contracts online, the biggest advantage has been the template setup. I can create custom fields for names, dates, signatures and initials, arrange signers in the exact sequence I need and add SMS code verification for extra security. It also helps a lot that documents can be imported straight from Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox and the Salesforce integration makes the sales process move faster. Another feature I really value is the dashboard which updates each document's status in real time, whether it has been sent, viewed, signed or rejected.
Cons
Once a document goes over 25 MB, performance starts to slow down and sometimes the upload fails without any clear error explaining what happened.

It was pretty simple to set t up and the interface has a fresh, modern feel. We've now made it our go-to tool for contract templates and it has been performing really well for us.
Cons
The least flexible part is having to set up a sender hierarchy but after you figure out where that's done, the process more or less takes care of itself.

Pros
A lot of my clients already use it which has been a big plus. The software is simple to work with, I haven't run into any problems while using it and it does a good job of helping me track information and monitor progress.
Cons
It is quite highly priced.. I'd definitely like to see it become more affordable and maybe if adoption keeps growing, the cost will eventually come down.

Getting started with it was effortless and the document management features have been especially impressive. I also haven't run into any bugs or technical issues at all. Also, customer support has been excellent and surprisingly fast whenever needed.
Cons
The tracking and reporting side isn't my favorite part. It could really use an update to make it more engaging and keep users interested in using it.

This tool made signatures really quick.. the whole process only takes a few minutes. It also lets you save your signature which is a big help since you don't have to manually sign every document each time.
Cons
One thing I still miss is a dedicated placeholder that lets the signer capture their current location, whether through GPS or by entering it manually. Right now, that can only be done through a text field.

A game changer for me. I can use it for just about everything, from paperwork for my house to work-related contracts. The app is very user-friendly and most of the features and access I need are available for free. Since I work remotely, it has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
It doesn't happen often but there have been a few times when a glitch came up and I had to request a new signing email.

Using it day to day has been really helpful and the whole process is very simple to work with when managing documents that need signatures. Being able to rename files is also a big plus since it makes everything much easier to find instead of keeping whatever random name appears from the scanned document.

It keeps all of my documents in one place, adapts well to different needs and didn't require any prior training. It also made it much simpler for my team to stay on top of our workflow.
Cons
I miss PDF editing. I'm able to do that in Adobe Sign but it doesn't provide the same capability.

One thing that really works well with it is its user-friendly interface and the excellent mobile app which makes it simple to create, send and track documents for signature even while on the go. It's incredibly convenient to keep all the documents that need signatures in one place and get everything done in just a few clicks. It also cuts down on handling physical paper copies which makes the whole process much more practical. On top of that, the customer support is very impressive. The platform speeds up signing significan'tly and ends up saving a lot of time.
Cons
Definitely convenient and efficient but the pricing can become expensive for organizations that handle a high volume of documents especially when the more advanced features are necessary and come at an extra cost.

Using it is simple and correcting mistakes is no hassle. If I send out a document and later notice something needs to be changed, I can update it quickly and resend it without much trouble.
Cons
The biggest downside is the loading speed. Every time I open a form in the Rooms version, I end up waiting for the document to load and it feels slower than other programs I've used.
