Pros
Creating envelopes in it feels very user friendly. The option to correct a package after it has already been sent is simple to use and the flow messages are clear and helpful throughout the process especially when a package already has one signature on it.
Cons
At this point, I do not have any complaints about using it. It has been an excellent package for me and I have not run into any bugs or limitations.

it makes it simple to add all the required fields, whether it's a signature, date, name, title or anything else. Everything can be placed quickly with a drag-and-drop setup which makes the whole process feel very simple.
Cons
One thing that could use some improvement is the email notification format when a signing request is sent to the inbox. The layout of those messages could definitely be designed better.

Cons
I really haven't run into any downsides with this platform. If something goes wrong, it's usually due to factors outside their control, like a slow laptop or weak cell signal.

Sending documents out for signature is very simple and the signatures come across clearly with a handwritten look. One of the biggest benefits for me is how much time this app saves on a regular basis.
Cons
Cant point to any real issues. I only use it for basic tasks so I may not be the best person to judge advanced drawbacks but that also says a lot about how well it handles the essentials.

A big reason I enjoy using it is how simple it is to use. It's part of my daily routine now and I can see myself continuing to use it long-term.
Cons
The one area that could really be improved is locating voided documents. Right now, searching for them isn't very convenient and they should be much easier to find.

it feels like the go-to e-signature platform these days. Just about everyone seems to use it which makes the whole process feel familiar whether you're dealing with businesses or individual customers.
Cons
One downside is the cost. it can get pretty pricey even for personal use, with plans starting above $15 per month per user. That ended up putting it out of my budget.

Collecting signatures on digital documents is really convenient and the integrations with other platforms make it simple to connect documents and send them through it for signing. Another feature I really appreciate is the auto-resend option for documents that still haven't been completed.
Cons
Something that would make it even better is if it also alerted the sender whenever the auto-resend feature is triggered for a signer who still has not completed the document.

Once it's properly built into your team's workflow, this turns into a really flexible tool. The template feature has made a big difference for us by cutting down the time it takes to send contracts, NDAs and other project documents.
Cons
A few of the document editing features especially when adding fields to fill in, still feel a bit outdated. The biggest frustration is the Google Drive integration only lets you access files from My Drive, not documents stored in a shared drive.

Getting started with it was simple even though I had never used any e-signing software before. The interface feels very adaptive and adaptable so moving through it and keeping the signing process organized has been very simple. I also appreciate the strong security and privacy features which make me feel confident that e-signatures and documents are well protected. On top of that, the document manager does a really good job of keeping everything in order so I can sign what I need without missing anything.
Cons
it has honestly been flawless for me and I haven't come across anything I would consider a downside or even something to complain about. The whole experience has been very efficient and completely error-free.

Every signature matters in my work and it has made the whole process much simpler to handle. Sending and receiving documents is simple and I even recommend it to my clients because it works so well.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the lack of a longer history for older documents since I sometimes waste time trying to track them down. It would also be helpful to have some AI-powered keyword search although I understand that might raise privacy concerns.

Cons
