Pros
Whenever I need a client to sign a declaration or contract, this is the tool I rely on. It feels secure, people are comfortable using it and it's become my go-to option for getting documents signed every time.
Cons
Editing can get difficult when the document is too large. The branding features are also pretty limited, with only a logo and accent color available and the template editor doesn't have the same drag-and-drop flexibility that some newer competitors offer.

Sending forms back and forth with clients, coworkers and others is really convenient. The product does exactly what its name suggests and it offers a simple, concise way to sign documents.
Cons
Older users often struggled to understand how to use it or to feel confident that it was a secure way to sign documents.

Pros
it's signer authentication gave me real confidence that every signature came from the correct person. The built-in audit trail and completion certificate also made the whole process feel very strong especially for legal documents and cross-border transactions.
Cons
At times, adding conditional routing logic can be slow. When working with large recipient lists, the drag-and-drop bulk feature would sometimes freeze.

It was very simple to use and learning how to make edits didn't take much time. The interface looks good and the dashboard is organized in a logical way that makes everything feel clear and user friendly.
Cons
Every now and then, adjusting certain parameters can be a little tricky. Even so, it's still fairly simple overall and usually only takes a minute or two to figure out.

Pros
Getting documents signed with it has been incredibly simple and over time it has only become faster and more user-friendly. Another thing that works really well is the automatic detection of signature fields which usually places them in the right spots without much effort on my part.
Cons
I do not have much negative to say about it. It is quick, convenient and cuts out all the back-and-forth that usually comes with signing documents. If I had to mention one minor issue, it would be that the signature fields sometimes land in the wrong place so I have to adjust them manually.

Using it is still pretty simple. You enter your name and submit and if a document needs someone else's signature, you can send them the blank form in just a couple of clicks.
Cons
Some of the documents we use at school for SPED documentation don't always work well with it so every now and then we have to switch to another signing program.

Pros
Whenever I need to sign something, this is the first tool I reach for because it's quick and convenient. Even after switching to a new phone, it showed up right away since my device recognized it as the app I always use for signatures.
Cons

Because it's widely recognized and used across many legitimate industries, people who receive a signature request tend to feel confident instead of wondering whether the document is secure. It also does a very strong job of handling document signing from start to finish.
Cons
A few parts of it feel more tedious than they should, like having two different places to assign fields to the signer which is a bit confusing. The pricing is also on the expensive side.

From a customer perspective, this product is really helpful because every field that needs a signature can be completed with just a mouse click. On the company side, being able to save everything as a PDF is also very useful for keeping records.
Cons
If I had to point out one issue, it would be that the emailed link for signing e-documents expires a little too quickly.

The interface is fairly user-friendly and simple to work with. Having the option to add someone in CC who doesn't need to sign is really useful especially when everyone needs a copy. The status overview showing what has been signed and what is still pending is also very helpful.
Cons
Switching between setting up signers can be a bit confusing at times although I'm not sure there's a better way to handle it. The notification sounds are really irritating and the new ping every time something gets signed is especially annoying. Delegated signing and shared accounts are also quite confusing.. I use the platform often and still haven't been able to fully figure those out.

Getting documents signed is quick and simple with this. I send them out, people click and it's done. It has been reliable overall and I really haven't run into any serious issues using it.
Cons

Being able to work with other people to prepare documents and get them signed online is easily the part I appreciate most about the app.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that after a document has been created and sent out for signature, it can't be edited anymore. You have to start over and prepare a new document.

it has been really convenient both for me and for my clients. Being able to sign a document and send it right back to the client all in one simple process makes everything much more efficient.
Cons
The part I don't love about it is the cost. It feels expensive for something that's mainly being used to collect signatures and the pricing and monthly fees seem high overall.

Cons
