it does a really good job of connecting with different platforms so signing documents feels effortless no matter which device I'm using. The interface adjusts well and removes a lot of the usual hassle that comes with paperwork, while its security features help keep everything aligned with standards like ISO 27001 and GDPR. The automation tools also help organize workflows and cut processing time quite a bit which makes it a strong option for professionals who want efficiency without giving up security.

Cons

Pricing is where it becomes harder to justify especially for small businesses or individual users who only need to sign documents once in a while. Even though the platform is strong on security and compliance some of the more advanced customization features particularly around automation, are locked behind higher-tier plans which can make scaling difficult on a tighter budget. There's also occasional UI lag when handling high volumes and that can interrupt workflow efficiency a bit.

Sending documents out for signatures happens constantly and it has made that process incredibly simple. It takes away the stress and I can quickly add only the fields I actually need instead of having to deal with pre-filled ones I don't want.

I don't have any complaints. Getting signatures through it feels smooth, it's very user-friendly and it makes the whole process a lot more convenient.

The interface is very flexible and the app works really well for signing documents while I'm away from my desk. I also appreciate that documents update in real time.

there isn't much to complain about. The app is strong and offers pretty much all the same functionality as the PC version.

it really stood out as the best option for lightweight CLM and collecting and validating digital signatures. During COVID, I managed to roll it out as an enterprise e-signature platform for an organization of 7,000 people in just a few weeks, replacing our paper-based signature workflows. The setup and deployment were simple to get in place.

Cons

Where it became difficult was the pricing model which felt heavily tilted in it's favor. Estimating envelope volume, dealing with overages and managing expirations was pretty intimidating. Having to constantly renegotiate the next batch of envelopes was frustrating. it is extremely capable and does its core job very well but it is also fairly strong in how it can be used. I attempted to expand it into other workflows but it did not work well for ad-hoc signature collection.

Getting documents signed virtually feels very simple with it. The whole process is quick, simple and very user-friendly which is exactly why I enjoy using it so much.

Cons

There have been occasional problems during authentication and sometimes the emails end up in spam for no clear reason.

One thing I really appreciate about it is the way it organizes the approval process while making everything feel more secure and efficient. Its legally binding e-signatures have completely removed the usual paperwork hassle and let us sign every agreement without any unnecessary delays. The bulk send feature has been a huge help too since I can handle renewal documents for multiple clients in just a few clicks and save a lot of time. Real-time status updates, alerts and notifications also keep both my team and clients informed which helps avoid approval delays. On top of that, it's strong encryption and detailed audit trails give me real peace of mind because every step stays secure, transparent and fully traceable.

Cons

Up to this point, we really haven't run into any issues with it. It has been reliable and consistent, helping us finalize documents efficiently every time.

Nothing has made me feel more confident about sharing documents than it. The security around all of my files feels complete and I've never felt this protected when sending sensitive documents.

There are times when it takes a few minutes to load. That said it has never let me down and it consistently stays secure.

Nothing really comes to mind as a downside because it's very simple and direct. The only thing that confused me at first was how it jumped to different sections automatically.. I went back a few times just to make sure I had finished everything.

I honestly don't have any complaints. it is fantastic for staying on top of documents and it makes signing really convenient for people who aren't able to meet in person.

One thing it's missing is deeper visibility into where someone may lose interest while reviewing a contract. It shows whether the contract was opened but it doesn't offer much detail on where the process may have stalled or what specific roadblocks came up.

I've been using it since 2015 and they've continued to add updates and new features that make it even more user-friendly.

After trying it alongside Adobe and PandaDoc, I can say it's still a really strong option. Getting started was very simple, it adapts well to different needs and sending documents out for signatures felt smooth and efficient.

Cons

The biggest downside for us was the pricing which felt a little steep compared with PandaDoc especially for the smaller projects we sometimes deal with. We also hit a few roadblocks with customization and branding since it didn't feel as flexible as Adobe. On top of that some of the more advanced tools took a little while to learn.

When I need signatures quickly for things like contracts or approvals, this is usually what I use. It works without any hassle.. just upload the document, place the signature tags where needed, send it out and it's done.

Cons

Every now and then it makes me go through a few extra steps that feel a little unnecessary but it's nothing major. Even with that, it's still much better than printing documents and scanning them back in.

Getting documents signed with this takes pretty much all the hassle out of the process. I've used it for contracts, agreements and onboarding forms and it has consistently been quick and simple. There's no printing, no scanning and no back-and-forth chasing people down. You send the document, they sign it and that's it. The audit trail is useful too especially when you need to keep your records accurate and organized.

Cons

The interface feels a bit dated at times and organizing documents after they've been signed isn't always very flexible. When you're managing multiple versions or working from several templates, it can take some extra effort to keep everything in order. It does the job well but the overall user experience could be more polished.
