Everything loads very quickly and the click-to-sign option makes the process really convenient. It's also simple to make edits, fix anything that needs correcting and resubmit the document when necessary.

It doesn't always detect when someone misses one of the required signature fields and that can end up delaying the signing process.

it has been really useful for collecting required signatures on everything from contracts to financial paperwork. I've enjoyed using it over the years because it's convenient and always available when I need it.

Getting an account set up can sometimes feel more complicated than it should be, with a few extra steps that seem a bit intimidating. It feels like it should be simpler to set it up once and just log in consistently since sometimes I'm asked to sign in and other times I'm not. Still, having a record of everything I've signed is definitely a nice benefit.

The pricing is a bit on the higher side but it still feels worth the cost because of how reliably it performs. In my opinion, it's the best option available on the market.

it really simplifies the whole digital document signing process and makes sending documents back very simple. The part I appreciate most is that there's no need to install any software to sign anything.. you just open the link and it takes you directly to the document. On top of that, the entire process feels secure and helps prevent problems like document leaks or session hijacking.

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about it. Most of the time, the signing process works without issues or errors.

Getting started with it took almost no effort. The first time we used it, everything worked immediately. People just receive the link and sign without any confusion and I didn't have to walk the team through anything.

The only downside is that there isn't much flexibility in how the signing page looks since it stays pretty much the same. It would be better to have more control over that part though it has been handling the job well up to now.

It lets me edit documents, add several signing parties and once everything is finished, everyone automatically receives a copy of the completed document.

The mobile app feels less user-friendly than the desktop version, at least to me. I use it for real estate paperwork and whenever I move from initials to signatures or switch to a different signer, I have to save each one as a separate new field. That makes the process pretty time-consuming and I can't place multiple signatures or initials any other way.

One downside is that multiple people on the same team can't be signed into the same account at once or someone gets logged out.

What felt missing was a simple way to organize files afterward. Everything ends up in the same place so you have to rename or move items manually.

it does an excellent job with signer verification and authentication so my signature stays protected and no one else can access it. The interface is very user-friendly which makes the signing process feel simple. It also includes a document scanner that makes scanning paperwork for signatures really convenient. The real-time notifications keep me updated on any documents still waiting to be signed. On top of that, the built-in document sharing feature has been very helpful for sending completed files back or forwarding them to the right person after signing.

Up to this point, everything has worked exactly as expected. I haven't run into any flaws or features in it that fail to function properly.

Any time I need to sign paperwork, it makes the whole process much more convenient. I can get through a large number of documents in a short amount of time which really helps. The access authentication features give me confidence that no one else can misuse my e-signature and the multi-party signing option works really well when I'm finalizing agreements with clients.

Cons

there isn't anything about it that has disappointed me. It's rare to call any software perfect but this one has been exactly that for me.
