“contracts and templates all in one”

Pros

Really simple for our sales team to send, receive and keep contracts, files and templates organized in one convenient place.

Cons

The interface hasn't really evolved in any meaningful way, while other competitors are starting to catch up. It's also frustrating when I begin something, step away to start or save a different project and then come back to find some of my work wasn't saved.

Pros

We use it to handle contract lease agreements and approval workflows and it has noticeably sped up the document signing process while eliminating the hassle of managing physical paperwork.

Cons

There are a lot of tools and features built into it which makes learning everything it can do pretty complicated. It takes a while to get familiar with all the functions and feel comfortable using it as part of everyday work.

“secure sharing”

Pros

Getting started with it felt very natural because the interface is clean and well organized so I was able to learn my way around within the first few days without any trouble. It also includes a secure file-sharing feature that makes sending documents after I've signed them very convenient. Another big plus is how well it connects with sales and marketing tools like HubSpot which helps a lot when it's time to sign customer agreements right after closing a deal. On top of that, it has very strong security protections in place which gives me confidence that no one else can access or misuse my signature.

Cons

I really haven't run into anything in it that feels broken or problematic. Everything has been responsive and working exactly as expected.

Pros

it has an adaptive interface that makes sending, signing and managing documents feel very simple even for people who are not very tech-savvy or do not have much computer experience.

Cons

No major downsides to the product. That said the pricing is higher than some competing options which could become a little too expensive over the long term for some users.

Pros

Using it feels very simple. The document layout is clear, it's simple to move through each section and the zoom in and out feature makes everything easier to read. It's also nice that help options are available whenever they're needed.

Cons

Havent observed any cons when using it though editing or adding to a document can sometimes be a bit tricky once it has already been uploaded.

“fast signing for approvals”

Pros

We mainly rely on it for contracts and approvals and it handles that work really well. It makes signing documents much faster.

Cons

The only downside is that the interface sometimes freezes or lags and when it does, there's usually no message explaining what happened. You just have to refresh the page and hope it starts working again.

“i like using it”

Pros

it has become the only document signing platform I want to use. It's simple, effective and at this point very familiar which makes the whole process even better. There really aren't any barriers for anyone using it.

Cons

it's hard to think of any downsides because I really don't have complaints. I've used PandaDoc, Eversign and this one and it is clearly the best option out there for both newer companies and established businesses.

Pros

One thing I appreciate most about it is that it keeps all the documents I've signed saved electronically in one place.

Cons

My only real complaint is that you need a paid membership if you want to save more than five documents at once.

Pros

Being able to use electronically signable documents has been a huge game changer for our logistics work. Not needing everyone to be physically present makes a massive difference especially when there are multiple contract sets involving several different parties.

Cons

At times it glitches and has trouble saving and giving access to people who don't already have it can be a bit frustrating.

Pros

Its lectronic signature feature has been excellent because it gives me a secure way to sign documents virtually from anywhere. It saves a lot of time and is incredibly convenient.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints. It does exactly what I need and I only wish I had started using it sooner because it has saved me so much time.

A core part of our contract process, This tool is offering an efficient, modern platform backed by a strong track record in agreement management and signature processing.

it can be expensive but at the enterprise level and considering the value it delivers, I'd say the benefits easily outweigh the cost.

Simplifies business workflows by letting contracts be signed remotely without hassle. That speeds things up, improves efficiency and cuts down the overall processing time.

Cons

Customizing it to fit specific needs can be a little tricky. There's a small learning curve and it takes some time to figure out the best way to work around certain limitations.

Pros

Really helpful for handling virtual signatures. It's been working very well for us and the tool saves a lot of time while keeping the process simple.

Cons

The only downside I've run into is that some emails occasionally end up in spam. I don't really see that as it's fault and it's the only negative issue I've noticed.

Handling lots of contracts is part of my job and this has become my favorite tool for it. It's very user friendly, quick and simple to use.

Nothing really comes to mind that I dislike. It's simple as it is and I honestly wouldn't change anything.

It's really simple and I love that it works well across so many formats, whether I'm on my phone, tablet or computer.

At times, people who aren't familiar with it can have trouble figuring out where they need to click to access it.

Getting around this product felt very simple and the overall interface was simple to use. The navigation was clear and easy to move through without any confusion.

I didn't run into anything I disliked about this product. It feels accessible and simple enough for just about anyone to use.

Pros

All you need is a basic signature without extra details. It's quick to put everything together and send out so the turnaround time is really fast.

Cons

It does feel a bit limited when additional information is needed. There isn't really a way to send a form to collect extra details so it's mostly just for getting the signature and the signed date.

Pros

Digital signing for contracts and other documents is very simple even when several people need to sign. It really speeds up the sales process.

Cons

Editing contracts could be more convenient and sometimes fields have to be entered again. The mobile view could also use some improvement.

“Organized contract signing”

Pros

Handling contracts with it has worked really well especially because other people can prepare the documents ahead of time and I only need to step in to sign. That setup makes the whole process much more organized, saves time and cuts down on unnecessary complexity.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any direct complaints. The only concern I've heard, mostly from vendors, is that it can be expensive so pricing could end up being a consideration for some organizations.

“remote access helps”

Pros

It makes my work exponentially easier and it also helps my clients a lot when they can't physically come into the office.

Cons

The built-in Okta login looks different from the regular sign-in. It's not a big issue but it does throw me off a little.
