Pros
Really simple for our sales team to send, receive and keep contracts, files and templates organized in one convenient place.
Cons
The interface hasn't really evolved in any meaningful way, while other competitors are starting to catch up. It's also frustrating when I begin something, step away to start or save a different project and then come back to find some of my work wasn't saved.

Pros
We use it to handle contract lease agreements and approval workflows and it has noticeably sped up the document signing process while eliminating the hassle of managing physical paperwork.
Cons
There are a lot of tools and features built into it which makes learning everything it can do pretty complicated. It takes a while to get familiar with all the functions and feel comfortable using it as part of everyday work.

Pros
Getting started with it felt very natural because the interface is clean and well organized so I was able to learn my way around within the first few days without any trouble. It also includes a secure file-sharing feature that makes sending documents after I've signed them very convenient. Another big plus is how well it connects with sales and marketing tools like HubSpot which helps a lot when it's time to sign customer agreements right after closing a deal. On top of that, it has very strong security protections in place which gives me confidence that no one else can access or misuse my signature.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything in it that feels broken or problematic. Everything has been responsive and working exactly as expected.

it has an adaptive interface that makes sending, signing and managing documents feel very simple even for people who are not very tech-savvy or do not have much computer experience.
Cons
No major downsides to the product. That said the pricing is higher than some competing options which could become a little too expensive over the long term for some users.

Pros
Using it feels very simple. The document layout is clear, it's simple to move through each section and the zoom in and out feature makes everything easier to read. It's also nice that help options are available whenever they're needed.
Cons
Havent observed any cons when using it though editing or adding to a document can sometimes be a bit tricky once it has already been uploaded.

We mainly rely on it for contracts and approvals and it handles that work really well. It makes signing documents much faster.
Cons
The only downside is that the interface sometimes freezes or lags and when it does, there's usually no message explaining what happened. You just have to refresh the page and hope it starts working again.

it has become the only document signing platform I want to use. It's simple, effective and at this point very familiar which makes the whole process even better. There really aren't any barriers for anyone using it.
Cons
it's hard to think of any downsides because I really don't have complaints. I've used PandaDoc, Eversign and this one and it is clearly the best option out there for both newer companies and established businesses.

Being able to use electronically signable documents has been a huge game changer for our logistics work. Not needing everyone to be physically present makes a massive difference especially when there are multiple contract sets involving several different parties.
Cons
At times it glitches and has trouble saving and giving access to people who don't already have it can be a bit frustrating.

All you need is a basic signature without extra details. It's quick to put everything together and send out so the turnaround time is really fast.
Cons

Handling contracts with it has worked really well especially because other people can prepare the documents ahead of time and I only need to step in to sign. That setup makes the whole process much more organized, saves time and cuts down on unnecessary complexity.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any direct complaints. The only concern I've heard, mostly from vendors, is that it can be expensive so pricing could end up being a consideration for some organizations.
