Being able to handle electronic signatures, document management and approval automation in one tool has been the biggest advantage for us. It keeps workflows organized and the mobile app support is another plus since it helps us stay on top of things even when we're away from the office.

If a company has a very complex system or a large-scale business workflow, the initial setup can be challenging and take a fair amount of effort.

Right away, the navigation felt simple and convenient. It's simple but still does everything it needs to do. Every time I use it, it handles the job thoroughly and gets everything done as expected.

Pros

Getting documents signed in the right sequence is very simple and it handles multiple signatures in order exactly the way it should. The newer AI generation feature also performs quite well and has been a useful addition.

Cons

The biggest downside with it is the price. At about $45 per month for each user, it can be pretty expensive and for a non-profit, a basic signature tool can take up too much of the budget.

Handling document signatures has become much simpler with it especially when I'm dealing with digital files. Being able to create a reusable electronic signature saves a lot of time and lets me sign documents quickly whenever needed. The file-sharing feature is also really helpful because it makes sending signed documents to the right recipients very simple. On top of that, the document manager keeps everything organized by showing which files are still waiting for my signature and which ones are already completed.

Working with it has been consistently comfortable for me and the features feel very adaptive. I genuinely haven't run into anything I dislike about it.

There are a lot of field options available. For example, I can set up fields specifically for dates, initials, names, signatures, checkboxes and more.

This tool should have a bypass feature. For example, if page two asks for information that only matters based on an answer from page one, it would be nice to officially skip that section. Right now someone could type a dash to move past it but having a built-in bypass option would be really useful.

Working with it has been pretty simple overall. It gives you a lot of flexibility to customize the documents you upload which is really helpful. Having the documents be legally binding and encrypted is also a major advantage in the line of work I'm in.

Cons

The pricing structure can be confusing and the different tiers feel somewhat restrictive. We've also had clients mention problems when using it on mobile devices since the interactions there haven't been very good. On top of that, reaching customer support tends to be slow and the help we get is often not very useful.

This is one of the document-signing tools that really helps finalize and legalize documents by allowing both participants to sign them without hassle.

Cons

A limitation is that signed documents can't be edited afterward. There should be an option to make changes that would void the previous signatures and let both parties sign the updated document again.
