Pros
Right away, it impressed me with its strong security and privacy features which make document authentication through e-signatures feel very secure. The task manager is excellent for organizing the entire signing process and making sure no document gets missed or left unsigned. I also appreciate the automatic reminders since they alert me whenever there's a pending document waiting for my signature. On top of that, its smooth integration with other tools makes it convenient to sign documents and send them back to other parties without any hassle.
Cons
Because the features are so user-friendly, I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike about it. I'm very satisfied with everything it provides.

Pros
Using it is simple and it works well with other platforms like Stripe and PayPal. Another plus is that I can email copies to other people on my team without any hassle.
Cons
The pricing has increased dramatically, while most of the features have largely remained unchanged over the years. At this point, the team plans feel pretty expensive.

Reviewing contracts with this has been incredibly simple. It adapts well and helps me get through documents fast, taking me directly to the sections I need to sign which I really appreciate.
Cons
I do wish there were more subscription options. The mid and higher tiers feel overpriced, while the lower plans don't include enough functionality. It would be much better with more plan levels in between.

Whenever I'm dealing with a large batch of paperwork, it's bulk send feature saves me a lot of time by letting me send and sign documents much faster. Creating a reusable e-signature was simple and that makes signing new files quick and convenient. The platform also comes with very advanced security features which gives me confidence that signed documents stay protected. On top of that, it helps keep my e-signature private so no one else can misuse it. I also appreciate the document management tools since they keep everything organized and make it clear which documents are already signed and which ones are still pending.

it has been a huge help for our team thanks to its efficient e-signature features which have made us more efficient by letting us prepare, send and complete documents quickly and securely. The interface is very user-friendly so the signing process feels simple no matter someone's level of technical knowledge. Another big plus is that it works from any device with an internet connection which adds a lot of flexibility and convenience especially when we're working remotely or switching between devices. Its automation features are also excellent. Being able to save recurring information into reusable templates keeps our signing process organized and makes it much easier to handle complex workflows. That saves us time and cuts down on mistakes during document preparation and signing. On top of that, it offers enterprise-level security and compliance controls, with multiple methods used to verify signature authenticity which gives us strong protection for sensitive business data.
Cons
Don't have any complaints about it. I haven't run into any glitches while using it and it continues to provide a convenient, reliable way to get documents signed which is exactly why I keep coming back to it.

Pros
Getting signatures from company leaders, landlords, brokers, attorneys and franchisees is really convenient with this. It cuts down the time spent chasing approvals by a lot.
Cons
The document upload and sending process could definitely be better. It feels like there's quite a bit of room for mistakes especially when sending something to the wrong recipient. Also, using the word "envelope" for a document is confusing and not something I care for.

Pros
One thing that's really useful about it is the status updates it gives me on the other party so I can see whether they've opened the document yet, when they signed it and when I need to follow up. It's also helpful that I can add multiple signers to one document which keeps everyone involved accountable. The free trial is another nice bonus.
Cons
A feature I'd still like to see is automatic sizing adjustment on documents. For example, if someone's signature shows up very small on the final file, it would be better if it could enlarge it automatically so it's easier to see.
