From an HR standpoint, this has been really helpful for managing documents and freeing up the team to focus on other work. Automating some of the manual tasks has saved time and the electronic signature feature helps get documents signed much faster.
Cons

The mix of quick implementation, fast user adoption, a clean interface that's simple to navigate and the excellent support from their team really makes it stand out from other e-signature platforms. Its flexibility lets us work efficiently whether we're in the office or handling things remotely. It also saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to move files around just to stamp and sign every copy which has sped up the processing of sales deals. One feature I really appreciate is the bulk send option because it allows us to send documents like marketing contracts, sales commission forms and customer notifications to many recipients at once. The reporting tools are also very useful since they give visibility into user activity and success rates, helping us measure performance and overall effectiveness. I have noticed that it lets several people comment, edit and highlight the same document in real time which cuts down a lot on the constant back-and-forth of sending files around. It meets industry security standards and the mobile app is really convenient when you need to handle documents while away from your desk. The interface is also very user-friendly so even clients who aren't especially tech-savvy can move through the signing process without any trouble.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost especially for a small business and some of the features a company may want are only available through higher-tier upgrades. That means the value really depends on your business needs and whether the pricing makes sense for what you use. Customer support could also be faster since response times tend to be a bit slow. Aside from that, I haven't had any major issues.

The software itself does what it's supposed to do which is the only positive thing I can really say. It gets the job done but unfortunately I can't say the same about the customer service team.
Cons
I ended up being charged three times for the same account and dealing with support has been incredibly frustrating. They don't offer phone support at all, only email and even after two weeks the issue still hasn't been resolved.
