faster signatures made a better HR flow

Pros

From an HR standpoint, this has been really helpful for managing documents and freeing up the team to focus on other work. Automating some of the manual tasks has saved time and the electronic signature feature helps get documents signed much faster.

Cons

A downside is the cost especially since the billing is done annually which makes it feel quite expensive.

Pros

paperless signing that saves time

Pros

Handling documents online has made work much simpler and it also helps us save trees since we do not have to mail paper forms or upload them into the system. it really makes day-to-day tasks at work much more convenient.

Cons

My only complaint is the pricing. We are a small business and do not send documents very often so the cost feels a bit high for our needs.

Incredible e-signing and tracking

Pros

Sending documents for e-signature and keeping tabs on group signatures is really simple. It makes the whole signing process much more convenient especially when multiple people are involved.

Cons

The pricing can feel a bit high if you only use it occasionally especially since there are other free alternatives available.

reliable signing from anywhere

Pros

it has been a budget-friendly solution for us, giving our team the freedom to sign and approve sales and other business documents anytime and from anywhere. The mix of quick implementation, fast user adoption, a clean interface that's simple to navigate and the excellent support from their team really makes it stand out from other e-signature platforms. Its flexibility lets us work efficiently whether we're in the office or handling things remotely. It also saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to move files around just to stamp and sign every copy which has sped up the processing of sales deals. One feature I really appreciate is the bulk send option because it allows us to send documents like marketing contracts, sales commission forms and customer notifications to many recipients at once. The reporting tools are also very useful since they give visibility into user activity and success rates, helping us measure performance and overall effectiveness. On top of that, it's strong focus on security and compliance has been a game changer making it a dependable choice for handling digital transactions securely while streamlining our sales and marketing workflows.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it. It has been a worthwhile investment and gives us the convenience of approving documents from anywhere at any time.

Made collaborations easy

Pros

I have noticed that it lets several people comment, edit and highlight the same document in real time which cuts down a lot on the constant back-and-forth of sending files around. It meets industry security standards and the mobile app is really convenient when you need to handle documents while away from your desk. The interface is also very user-friendly so even clients who aren't especially tech-savvy can move through the signing process without any trouble.

Cons

The biggest downside is the cost especially for a small business and some of the features a company may want are only available through higher-tier upgrades. That means the value really depends on your business needs and whether the pricing makes sense for what you use. Customer support could also be faster since response times tend to be a bit slow. Aside from that, I haven't had any major issues.

No real support

Pros

The software itself does what it's supposed to do which is the only positive thing I can really say. It gets the job done but unfortunately I can't say the same about the customer service team.

Cons

I ended up being charged three times for the same account and dealing with support has been incredibly frustrating. They don't offer phone support at all, only email and even after two weeks the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Pros

Electronic signatures work really well for documents and I especially love having different font options for signatures.

Cons

If the original link expires, you do need to get a new one. Still, requesting another link isn't difficult.

Pros

Finalizing documents is very convenient even when everyone isn't in the same room. That's essential for the kind of work I do since I regularly collaborate with people in different states and countries.

Cons

Something I don't like is that sometimes you can't reopen the document after both parties have signed it until the owner sends over the completed agreement.

Pros

Creating documents is simple and I can send them out, upload files from different sources and keep track of the full document history without any hassle.

Cons

Not sure whether this feature already exists but it would be helpful to have the option to add a link in an email so recipients can open and view the document directly.
